Investors can see this as a good or bad thing... Eventually you reach a cliff where if you do not have any capital expenditures then you cannot mine anymore because you used up all of your resources.
In Banro's case they have profitable mines for years to come but I think investors are waiting for gold to become more stable before rushing into a junior miner with debt.
They proved that they can make money without mines at full operational capacity so I think that should pull more investors in, eventually...
