I just think it is going down again before it finally rises up. Hollund indicated a two phase buy back if the first stage is successful. Well, why wouldn't it be successful unless they were attempting to buy back at a certain price point? I'm betting that price point is lower than where we are today. Why else would they go silent when they obviously have news to share?
