Ronny gets the accounting right to the last decimal point but he doesn't provide very useful context.

For example, he kept on harping about IDCC's excessive executive compensation but when I directly challenged his basis for comparison because it did not include IDCC's peers in the licensing business like QCOM, RMBS and ARMHY, he couldn't even respond coherently and kept on throwing more numbers like a squid throws ink to escape.

Another example, he kept on bringing up IDCC's dilution rate, but he couldn't correlate the dilution to IDCC's turnaround and cash flow requirements.

We obviously disagree.
