Teecee--Thanks! The reason that I asked that question was I was wondering if someone is playing us before the option expiration. Becasue the timing seems real odd. They had this information for quite sometime (IHUB voting and IDCC's proposal for 5 mil authorization) and why the hell they would want to release it just after a good CC...
