The reinstatement fee is the sum of the annual fees that hasn't been paid for the amount of years the corporation has fallen short of good standing. I think bnyn is 4 years. So their reinstatement fee is their annual fee times four (4). For the state of Oregon the annual fee for corporations is unknown too me.
