I was posting facts that certainly effect shareholders.

When a penny stock increases the A/S by 727% in less than a year - all shareholders should be concerned - as their shares are being diluted.

Do you only want the bluesky nonsense posted 24/7 - that is never backed up by facts or research?

It seems you should want to know as much about the company you have invested in - so you can better more informed decisions.
