i dont see this thing going anywhere until next year if ever. Da Silva doesnt go to court until mid January now. and i believe they are waiting for that to get resolved before they do anything. here is an email from the reporter following the da silva story.

This might be a stretch, but I think mgmt may want to leave the Iroquois on the website for image purposes. They are branding their product as all natural taken from the earth and taken from an indian reservation untouched by man. Having Iroquois water as the bottler sounds more natural than Amaro. For Marketing purposes, this would make sense. And supposedly AQUI has exclusive rights to the plant for 5 years so why not leave it up there on the site.

NUBV recently went through a name and symbol change and if you look at the press release it took about 4 weeks. their deal is only a fraction of what we have here and it still took some time.
