Scottrade only restricts them due to the high jump in volume with no realease of any type of news to cause it. They told me that they usually have a couple hundred companies a day on their restricted list at any given time. I had no trouble doing a phone order, it processed almost immediately and they only charge internet rate to do it.

IMO, a RS is not a bad thing if the there is a solid play being made. It's all about the percentage gain not the number of shares. If this goes as I think it will it will not matter either way.

ST has level II's but you have to have an elite acct and I am not sure but don't believe they have level II's for pinks.

I do not know of anyone that has free level II's in real time, some places have delayed level II's but been so long since I looked at them I can't remember where to tell you to look.

I use quotestream, not the best but not real expensive either

Why would a company authorize a buyback only to turn around and dilute the market with more shares? In my opinion that would be a waste of money and would only put the pps where it is now or lower. The company has been very upfront with information and I believe (once again my opinion) that when these A/S do come into play they will advise shareholders what their intentions are with them, until then they are a mute point.

I also believe (another opinion on my part) this company is the real deal due to them staying on schedule with everything they have said they are going to do.

If you don't have the stomach to stay in it or think it's a scam do all of us that believe in it a favor and get out and stay away from it.

If investing in pennies was fast and easy we all would have been rich a long, long time ago!

another thing to keep in mind is that for everyone that takes a profit another is buying in higher. If they hold for a profit it only makes the PPS go up

In reading through most of the posts on here over the past couple of days I have noticed a few things, and made absolutely no investment decisions based on what has been on this board. I'm long and patient, good things come to those who wait!

1, most of you are like watching my brother's kids fight, their basis for being right is "because they said so"

2, we have claims from people who have been to Natchez and say that the process works

3, nobody is disputing that many people are going to Natchez to see what is going on

And the big one is that NOBODY has claimed to have gone to Natchez and observed what is going on and reported that JR's process does not work

Do you really think they are going to let every body who shows up walk through the place snapping pictures? DOUBT IT!

As for funding, if it works big investors will be begging to throw big money into it. Why? Because if it works it will do to big oil what the electic light bulb did to candlemakers!!!

I have figured that for some reason I am getting delayed level II on this instead of realtime. Cant figure out why yet but at least I know what is going on.

I got email from ST rep yesterday reference posting of shares of GWGO. My acct also shows shares in gainskeeper but not on my market position. The following is a cut and paste of their response.

Thank you for your email. Other brokers may credit the shares in good
faith or they may have actually received the new shares from the
transfer agent. When a company undergoes a forward stock split, the
company really issues a stock dividend of 1:1. Scottrade does not credit
the shares to our clients' accounts until we actually receive the shares
from the transfer agent. We will allow you to sell these stocks before
they are credited to your account. This order has to be placed with a
broker and you will receive the internet rate. We have to disclose that
if the company were to change the terms of the agreement, you will be
held responsible.

I believe you are safe with that prediction.

Well said. It amazes me at the number of people who think they have to protect the rest of us from bad things and evil people. Those who pretend to know it all usually don't know anything.

Investing 101 says to believe nothing you hear or read, only half what you see and do your own research and make your own decisions.

This is one of those companies in which one must look at the "big picture" and look beyond the company itself in order to research it well.

Guess that is why I am in and no matter what any of these guys say, I am holding and could care less if news comes today or next year.

News will come when they want it to come!

I may have missed something along the way. IMO figuring the number of BTU's in soybeans is not relevant at this point. I have not seen the exact formula that JR is using to process his juice but have seen claims per bushel of soybeans. Is there anything else being added in with the soybeans and are the BTU's from any other addition being figured into your estimates?

In other words I can make a claim that I can bake a cake from two eggs. If someone who has never baked a cake is closed minded they would tell me that would be impossible to do, especially if they never have seen it done.

I understand this is a very simple minded way of looking at things but feel it is relevant.
My point being, do we know that nothing other than soybeans is used in the process?

I doubt we are going to be told absolutely everything about the process at this point.

I'm not telling anyone to mortgage their house and buy in wilh all they have at this point, but for me I have made my decision and am comfortable with the amount I have put in and hope to put in more before things really explode.

I couldn't have said it any better, I for one wish I had more shares, but figure better to be in with "not enough position" than no position at all.

I believe that those who say JR's process is impossible are related to those who argued hundreds of years ago that the world was flat!
