Strange night of posting tonight. One poster says Jim Plant just went out and bought a new Corvette and Harley, and another poster says he pays employees with shares. As much as I think Jim is scum I really can't believe he would pay employees with shares and then he drives up to work in a new Corvette.

The SEC has not gagged Jim.

Where's the retraction from Sequiam? I just checked their website and the PR stating the contract with Cyberkey is still there.

RE: More misinformation from someone spewing off with out a clue. The SEC conducts "informal" investigations ALL THE TIME. Just google (SEC informal investigation) and make your own decision about how credible you feel Stogie should be going forward.

Excellent!!! At least ungag the TA so we can verify shares. How simple can that be. A lot of this would go away if we could call and get that simple bit of information.

I would like to thank Liquid and Iceman for their contributions relating to Cyberkey. The problem seems to be they are both potentially right. I think we (shareholders) have given Jim ample time to provide Audited Financials. Even if the audit began Feb. 5th we should have heard something this week. I am personnaly willing to lose my $24k investment to force Jim's hand. I have 1.4 million shares and would just need 8 or 9 more investors with the same to join me. Sorry if this has already been organized but I want this to happen by end of next week. Let me know if there is any interest. Thanks.
