FYI, ex Bulova "chairman" John D Stanton went to jail for tax fraud related to Cast-Crete, not "stock fraud"....amazingly he never got punished for his many stock schemes (which were a mind-numbing web of Cos, divisions, trusts, etc)....guess the lesson is don't mess with the tax man, but the SEC is pretty toothless....
and people wonder why this crap goes on, over and over...risk vs reward is well worth it when insiders know the SEC likely won't do squat, or maybe slap a wrist and ask for some money back.....if staying under the radar and low profile, many play those odds....
side note: there was once supposed to be a merger of Cast-Crete with Stanton's "flagship" penny stock, EarthFirst.....in hindsight, maybe a way for Stanton to transfer liability and it fizzled, but who knows with this guy:

https://www.scribd.com/doc/105601350/USA-v-Stanton-Doc-1-Filed-15-Aug-12
not really much of a pump, I'm pretty sure anyone trying to cash in on it will quickly see what happens....
then why does he (supposedly) say the stock should be at .12???
5. Should be trading around 12 cent levels
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=124644484
oh well, bagged a steak dinner, I'll take it!!!
lunchtime BTGI burger flip time, hehe......
or late lunch takers, wink!!!
I think Gurba should invest the Co in something lunch related, since it is a very common concern of many shareholders!!!
OK, I am going to lunch now, all trading on halt, and limit orders cancelled as well......
yeah, so the excuse "that email has typos" means nothing about it being real, that is my point....who knows
Current Share Structure as of 8-24-16
current???...seems a misnomer....in Gurba-time 6 days ago is eons.....
all is good, as long as there is volume for note holders.....
"long hall" Gurba, for those who think he is a great writer.....
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=124776151
I again assure you I and my family have sold no shares. Further more I am in for the long hall
(and he put a space between further more)
probably should be "have not sold any", I would think....horrible writer, IMO
diploma mills 'r us......
I still have many of the old 5-1/4 inch, and an old working 486 machine that has the drive for it, but also used to have the 8 inch (or whatever) one, on an old TRS-80, a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away.....
and plenty of the 3.5 inch encased floppies, of course....I even carry a 3.5 inch USB floppy drive sometimes with my laptop for legacy machine work....
interesting side note: the spec for floppy size still carries over today for HDD and SDD, in size form-factor 5-1/4 and 3.5 inch bays...
Now now, give SFRX time!
how many times now has that been said...reset button each time they fail, better luck next year!!!
BTW, it is insiders' failure that destroyed shareholders, not message board posters, despite what many would claim.....legal action got a critic banned from posting here (a travesty of free speech, IMO) and it seemed to not help the share price at all, hmmmmm
the biggest untruths here been "safe harbored", again and again, nice system there....maybe if someone just added "this is not a description of historical facts" next to all their opinions, it would be OK like this is:

that is justification???....but yeah, OTC rampant with this BS, agree with THAT....
you thank these note holder are random people???
yah, no kickback schemes in penny stocks, ever....sure....
and the best part....they never need to "sell a share"....or at least directly, that is!!!!
as was already noted, it is every man for himself in these plays!!!! (or ladies)

The state of Florida is not giving permits out to fraudulent companies.
never???....besides, I think the state does not do deep DD on Cos who apply for permits, and only require that the terms of the permits be followed....then, it is up to the Co to do so.....
in general, and not pointing any fingers, but I bet google could find plenty of examples where Cos got permits for various items, and turned out to be "fraudulent"......by your logic, for example, there should have never been any licensed contracting Cos in Florida who ever committed fraud....
so permits do not prove legit, necessarily....that is fallacious....
PS: many John Stanton Cos had permits, and even contracts with the state and local, yet had fraud within them, such as Cast-Crete....
notice: iHub TOU says to not post other tickers here, unless there is some correlation to the Co, such as same sector, competitor, etc....trading patterns in other stocks do not count as valid comparisons, unless same insiders, or some relationship along that line, thanks for following the rules....
dilution tends to have that effect!!!
volume is the name of the game, who cares about share price when you can print all you want???
but printing shares is useless if you don't have volume to sell into....
call it even, and call it a day, blah
yeah, that is the only "air shares" there were, for lack of a better term!!!
good post, thx for keeping it real:
yep, a fair market allows short selling....logically, it must...
of course, illegal manipulation is, well....illegal!!!...long or short...but seems 99.9% of the time it is to pump up stocks to dump them, such as was the case here....
and same with "air shares", seems the vast majority (all??) of the time they come from someone looking to exploit the long side as well....as was the case here with the unregistered shares from SPNG themselves....
don't get why this is so complicated to understand???
found this on another board:
Typenex Co-Investment LLC (Red Cliffs: John M Fife)
https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?CIK=0001579271&action=getcompany
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/317889/000114036116062165/doc1.htm
Fife "hedge funds", great guy to get in bed with....
plenty of material out there on him, with a quick look:
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2007/comp19972.pdf
just a reminder, discuss the stock, Co, or people associated with the Co, its history, future, business sector, DD, opinions about all that, etc, etc.... but not others posters, as per iHub TOU:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/terms.aspx
we don't want admin taking more drastic steps, thanks for your cooperation....
who knows?? best to ask a financial adviser questions such as that....
I think is is Bad Luck Schleprock, from The Flintstones, if not mistaken....
in other words, bad luck for BTGI....
I already said I'm going to Busch Gardens!!!!!...wink...
profit is profit!!!!
no BS zone, sorry.....trust is earned, and I call 'em like I see 'em....trade away, no BS needed....
If more people supported bid this will move much higher.
is that like a group trying to "lock the float".....yeah, that always turns out fantastic....
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prisoner%27s_dilemma
It is implied that the prisoners will have no opportunity to reward or punish their partner other than the prison sentences they get, and that their decision will not affect their reputation in the future. Because betraying a partner offers a greater reward than cooperating with him, all purely rational self-interested prisoners would betray the other, and so the only possible outcome for two purely rational prisoners is for them to betray each other
define "up to date", because the share structure sure was not, and that can be confirmed via the TA....other stuff they say, who knows how "up to date" as of now, that is penny stock operator standard MO.....delay info until it is too late for shareholders to do anything about it....
they did not even bother to hide the fact..lesser of 2 evils I guess, to hide the OS within a reasonable time of the filing date, when others can find out it is old as the hills as soon as the 10Q hit...
gesh....I expect yet more lessons from Tampa to be learned yet again, by some not familiar with their ways....
We are all aware of the current share structure
seems not, someone thinks 100M, thus why I posted it!!!!
no, they act like this is the 1st pinky CEO to be "trusted"......why is that, exactly, what has he done in the past to earn "trust"??.....rack up huge deficits, while insiders and cronies pocketed god knows how much, crashing PPS, over and over??
wash, repeat...
please follow ihib TOS, this board is NOT about posters, it is about BTGI.....thanks....
