wow! ETIM has over 2.5 bil shares outstanding...
nice comparison...this does show the potential for RSDS, imo
thanks again aclark!
Loofman
Wouldn't that be lovely here, especially if there is a large short position taken in RSDS. It looks like one was taken recently in fact. I'd take a nice PR in the near future telling us the 504 is done. I don't know if this stock would run quite that far, but I know there are alot of eyes on RSDS and it would be a fun day I bet. That's the interesting part about these pennies, you never know what's going to happen next!
Thank for sharing that.
jmo,
Loofman
I would say that depends on what each individual's objectives for their investment are.
Some might think a 10% gain in one year good, others might be looking for a 25% gain, and others a 10 bagger.
So I'm glad that Mr. Berman is not casting out any false expectations for the momo players to believe they can run and dump his stock.
If Mr. Berman does a great job building a portfolio of valuable properties, that will help put a real value on the s/p. Now if a large investor such as another company would like to buy the portfolio down the road, then those who are invested will get that benefit if it comes to that.
I think what we're seeing here is a CEO who wants to build a real company and a stable s/p which helps keep investors around to help grow the company.
I'm in...but I also will be honest here...if the stock has a huge run and there's s significant profit to be made, I like most other normal investors am going to take some off the top.
jmo,
Loofman
Anyone know how to find out what the current short position is with the company? I assume this is difficult, especially since I believe to short a stock like this, it has to be done out of the country?
JMO,
Loofman
I'm not sure what the serious issues are yet other than what some anonymous message board posters who claim not own this stock have been trying to bring up here. Quite honestly, I'd like to hear the story from the company and the NASD if there is one.
Kind of scary to think many of us have been encouraged to listen to someone who uses a comic book superhero image as an expert in these matters. I'd rather pay someone I know to look into my concerns than to have constant doubts cast at me on a message by someone I don't even know their real name.
just my honest opinion,
Loofman
OT, Lucky I'll make you a director of the company, and make sure you have the ability to buy options. LOL
I support one thing here! Due process of the law takes place between the company, the shareholders and the NASD. Superheros of the message boards have no business portraying themselves as authorities in the know of certain concerns, while acting as if they are trying to save the shareholders of a company they don't own shares of. I don't know who is who here but I darn well know the superheroes have no business with Russell Industries, nor should thet be medling with yours or my judgement about RSDS and my investment. This constant stepping in and looking for open ended concerns that shareholders CANNOT answer is obviously not for their good, and is VERY suspicious!
this is my own opinion and I'm glad to share it.
Loofman
BTW, no filling buys at the bid this morn for me. eom
So what are you all thinking? 1, 2 or 3...or another option?
So I'm still sitting here thinking out loud to myself...
when the facts of the current status of RSDS finally unfold...
If it is found out that the company made serious errors and do not comply with NASD, the stock tanks and we lose alot of money.
On the otherhand, if it is found out that the NASD has been investigating the claims more specifically because of illegal board activity/manipultion attempts against the stock price we stand to make alot of potential gain in the s/p if the company is doing what it has stated to it's shareholders.
So I guess I have 3 choices:
1. Sell now and take a substantial loss before the all the facts are known.
2. Continue to hold and possibly add to my position as we wait for the facts to be known and if positive, I stand to see a potential gain in my holdings.
3. Continue to hold and possibly add to my position as we wait for the facts to be known and if negative, I stand to see a potential total loss in my holdings and I will be signing up to join a class action lawsuit against the company.
I think I'm going with #2 as the way I see it going. #1 is just not an option for me, and #3 comes in as a close 2nd.
again, all my own speculative opinion...
Loofman
So here I am thinking to myself...
if the letter is made compliant, the 504 gets an update from the company showing it is complete or near completion, there are some large short positions in RSDS and mining as stated begins...
I'm thinking the way these penny stocks work from my experience we have at least a potential 3 bagger here in the short term based on current s/p?
Like I said, I'm just thinking to myself out loud.
definitely my own opinion,
Loofman
I own stock in RSDS
ALOT of it.
Loofman
If this were to occur I would hope and I would expect that they would find out who was influenced by certain individuals to sell their stock, and if they incurred a loss. I know that euromil made contact with TFT about whether or not the letter was good or bad, and TFT said directly that it was not good. I'd say that is making quite a bold assumption considering the facts are not out yet about this. I certainly hope euromil did not sell based on TFT's comment! TFT did not disclaimed it with "IMO" either.

Not good....
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
big T (cock of the walk) ...
To whom it may concern,
I have no regrets in making an investment in RSDS. The money I put into these types of plays is realized as risk money. I accept my losses when they happen. Sometimes honest things happen to companies as a result of market conditions, etc. and I forgive that. Until I sell I have not incurred a loss. Until I know the full story here, I will not be selling any of my shares. Eventually I expect to hear the truth whether it be good or bad.
Now, as far as having my chickens stolen...Russell is a VERY good dawg at sniffin out them thieves, and his bite don't feel too good.
jmo,
Loofman
Suspicion, doubt, name calling, mysterious PMs, MBers in jail, secret documents, questions being asked, questions not being answered, insinuations, insults and no public statement from the CEO to help stop the insanity.
I really am a good guy, at least my friends and family think so. I enjoy investing and the message board world is intriguing...but, what's going on here just plain sucks. I'm not quite sure why investors should ask their questions to a message board poster who claims to be representing the CEO. So far, no one but me has asked a question, and so far I have not received a direct response publically, which is how I prefer it.
I hope all of you good people, and you know who you are, do not get taken advantage of by those who have no concern for what God thinks of their actions.
I am not making claims as to what is going on with all of this, other than I know something is not right here. God Bless You!
Loofman
Then by what you have incinuated here and in other posts, I stand to lose a significant sum of money in the 5 figures. If this is the case, and as you and other posters have been making insinuations about the company, if they are true or not true, it appears I need to consult my many legal friends for the posibility of taking action against a certain individual or individuals here.
jmo,
Loofman
David, respectfully, since you are in possession of all of the facts, I would expect that you then know where the company stands with the letter. Again please give us what can be legally disclosed here on this issue. Thank you.
Does this still apply? So far you seem to be under utilized here David and I'm having trouble getting a response from you. Not trying to stir up trouble, just would like a follow up to my question, which I think should be answered publicly. Thanks.
"Please refer your questions to David. He is in possession of all the facts and is my appointed representative for investorshub.com. I am confident he will address your inquiry to your satisfaction. I can no longer address all of you individually. Please make sure the other shareholders in your group understand this."

Alice I agree...
look at the number of shares that traded between Aug. 06 and March 2, 07 and estimate their value over that period of time. Then look at the number of shares traded from Mar. 07 to present which you have stated at over 1.5 bil. If the company raised 367k up to Mar. 2, I'm thinking with the tremendous difference in volume, as well as seeing how much the outstanding has increased, the 504 completion is getting very close. JMO
Loofman
Hi Lasernat,
I didn't get a response from you on the following question last night.
Do you know if Mr. Berman is willing to address the past couple of weeks and the letter in a public statement?
Is this something you could get answered for us? Since you stated that you would be the contact here, I'd certainly feel better knowing what the company's position is on this.
tia,
Loofman
abe or john...is there any follow up to your calls into NASD today? Kind of important to me to hear that you guys did get some verification. I was hoping to hear whether or not Mr. Mctavish had faxed you the compliance report abe.
Yeah right, like this old goat is going to believe that...
RSDS and Buffet...match made in heaven. LOL
better be careful with that dream, somebody might take it and run with it all over the boards. Go back to countin sheep!
lol
Loofman
Keywords you need to look at again...
"upon approval, will allow it to mine 100,000 tons of Uranium located in a specific claim range it owns"
OT: Got me a deal on some yeller uraniums
bot me a whole mess of them. They's got a funny name on their tag though. They's called yellow cake uraniums. Look like flowers to me. I'm a hopin they will be a bloomin all summer long. Russell thinks they stank.
Anyone know where I can git some cheap uraniums?
I need a mess of em, cause my chicken ate the one's I had.
OT: DAG GUMMIT...ol Russell won again...
he's a strong ol dawg even if he has only 5 teeth. Got to go start plantin my new uraniums, they's a might perty.
OT: Me and Russell love playin games...
Russell's favrite is tug o war with some ol shorts! He always wins cause he eventually tears em up.
Wouldn't it be lovely, if there were large short positions taken by certain parties, and buying interest in the company continued to gain strength based on the fundementals and potential currently ongoing by the company? And, with this buying interest, a PR were to be released announcing the end of the 504 fundraising and an announcement that claim mining has begun? It is my anticipation, that these things will be announced...when? I don't know, but I do know this, if there are large short positions in RSDS, they are going to provide some interesting trading when such announcements are made.
jmo,
Loofman
Hi Iceman,
would you be interested in shorting RSDS if the right situaton presented itself and you had access to a broker that would lend you the shares? I'm not real up to speed about shorting pennies and have no experience in the subject, but would that be an option?
best regards,
Loofman
With all due respect to all the good people here invested in RSDS like myself, I do find it rather odd that an anonymous poster would be appointed the official for questions and answers from Mr. Berman. We don't know whether we're talking to the squirrels in the attic of my shack or the ants sharing my bed. And personally I would expect that this issue will be resolved by an official communique from the company asap...hopefully by tomorrow morning. It seems obvious to me, based by the tone of some posters responses here, that there seems like a quickness to jump on the company PR aspect of things. So, one of my first thoughts leads me to think that there are some here hoping to prosper on the fear of no response from the company tomorrow of in the next week?
I see no reason that the company would not respond on this basis, unless there are legal or illegal ramifications at play here. If this is the case, I'd love to hear both sides of the story about these ramifications and why the company might not respond. Doesn't mean I'll believe them, but I do know what I believe and that comes from a publically published disclosure on the current status of the company.
jmo,
Loofman
Sorry, a little tired here...
I just wanted to refresh my memory where did Josh Bleakman come into the discussion in the overall story. Your reply answered this for me. Thank you.
Do you know if Mr. Berman is willing to address the past couple of weeks and the letter in a public statement?
Loofman
Yes thank you. eom
Thank you David...
Did Mr. Berman indicate to you if he was planning to address this officially in an official shareholders update via either the company website or pinksheets?
Also, where does Josh Bleakman fit into the story? I understand he is the Grandson, but what part has he played in this event?
Loofman
Somewhere along the line, I have missed who Josh is?
Would you please clarify this for me and the board? Also who is David that we should address?
tia

OT: Some Amish buddies down the road showd us how to live power free! So I took the conduit down and gave it to Russell. He thinks its a long bone and loves to chew on it. Ain't to good on his teeth though, he's only got 5 left. Good thang he's liken the corn liker.
So as I don't git in to too much trouble here bouts, I need to say sumthin about RSDS. I think uraniums a might perty flower. Me and the missus are gonna plant em all around our abode. I'm glad that uranium store was there for me to git alot of em.
Loofman
dak, I've always loved your enthusiam...
and I'm not wanting to knock it down, but, imo, I think it's important to look at the Uranium not necessarily as how much we get out of the ground, as much as how valuable the properties may become.
As a holding company, I don't think Russsell is looking to exactly become a uranium mining company. I believe as one option, the company may understand the value of these mining claims, and see great potential in selling them in the future at a much higher price as a total package. I believe that there will be some exploratory mining to show that ore exists and to help place value on the properties. If the company makes some money selling ore as a part of this along the way, this would be a bonus.
Of course this is my opinion based on what my experience is with holding companies AND my belief that the uranium market is becoming a very in vogue investment and what Russell appears to be doing may be very lucretive in the future.
I am very glad that I have made this investment based on the potential I see here. I've already been shopping for my new winders and front door, and put em in layaway.
jmo,
Loofman
IMO, if the stock market were to work the way I see it should, the majority of investors, who invest in good companies would profit very well. A new public company, who has a good buisness plan, proper financing, good shareholder relations, and proves itself by delivering upon the plan should do very well in the marketplace as long as it is represented by the market valuators honestly and fairly. From what I see with RSDS, I think everything looks fine, until we get to the message board, and the valuators.
jmo,
Loofman
Righty, I commend you for trying to fight the good fight. I have been burned more than once by small companies that have put out misleading or false information. One specifically was UPCA Uniprime Capital Assurance -- boy was I STUPID! But, I've learned alot about investing and message boards in these last 10 years...BE CAREFUL!
I think you have done a terrific job of dd here. And I appreciate your efforts to get in touch with the CEO and encouraging other as well to get involved. I also commend you for your diligent efforts in trying to expose individuals who may be attempting to play on the readers of this board by discouraging them and possibly encouraging them not to buy RSDS or to sell their shares at a loss because of their attempts to cast doubt and fear.
Don't stop being a good guy, but let the proper process of resolution happen. The bad guys should not be allowed to win here, and the good people investing their hard earned money should be assured by the proper channels.
jmo

OT: I'm a hopin when the Iceman finally gets tard of his sweet ride, he maut consider makin a deal with ol Loofman for some corn liker. We's could use a family vehicle to get down the road for some shoppin and thangs. Ol Russell our dog, don't take much to being riden anymore. Still a few hours left to git some work done here at the Loofman abode. Anyone be liken the color orange? Oh, almost forgot, the missus says hey?
Loofman
Righty I love you mannnnnn......
and I'm glad to know that there was this email that Mr. Berman may have sent to clear this up, but, why not say that on the prnewswire to all the shareholders that did not hear this or get a direct email from him? It can't be that big a deal, right?
