Hi Folks,
New to his board, just bought a position this morning, looks like a solid play. I am very surprised by the decline in price however from the opening bell, usually getting millions would make a stock go up. Another quick question if I may, what the scoop with the President of the company leaving in August?
Thanks,
Mnhometown
Doc,
Have there been any significant MTA's with startups like NNVC in the past year or so that have hit pay dirt in terms of stock price?
Thanks,
Hometown
Thanks, sweet youtube vid.
Can you repost what the other PR's you are expecting to come out in the next 60 days for expected news/results. I know you have posted this list in the past.
Thanks
Thanks for the offer! If your travels take you to MN, we take you out as well!
I remember his blog back when I first invested in NNVC at 12-18 cents. I am one of several MN investors, that combined have roughly 3.5-4 million shares. We are all longs and have no intentions of selling until we hit the promise land! It has been an exciting couple of years, and we are patiently waiting for the bigger news that we hope is just around the corner...
Ramkee,
Where are you getting that data that we have a 70 million float? I have not seen anyone quote anywhere close to that number before.
Big Pharma
Not one to typically speculate, but I find the timing of the HIV testing way ahead of schedule. Could big Pharma be knocking, wanting a proof of concept with HIV before they invest heavily? Love to hear Dr. Feelgood comments on this.
Brazil sends workers to Rio to fight dengue fever
The Associated Press
March 25, 2008
RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil - will send 671 health professionals to Rio de Janeiro state to help overwhelmed emergency rooms that are reporting 80 new cases of dengue fever every hour, Health Minister Jose Gomes Temporao announced Monday.
The government also will deploy 300 workers and 15 insecticide-spraying vehicles to combat the Aegis aegypti mosquito, which spreads the disease and breeds in puddles of standing water, Temporao said.
So far, more than 32,000 cases have been confirmed around the state, which has a population of 16 million people, and 49 people have been confirmed dead. Health specialists think there could be 100 more dead.
Flu-like illness kills Minnesota father, son
The victims' wife and mother is in intensive care in a Duluth hospital. A state health official said the men had Type B strain.
By SARAH LEMAGIE and MAURA LERNER, Star Tribune
A father and his adult son from north-central Minnesota died this week from complications of an "influenza-like illness," health officials said Thursday.
The Minnesota Health Department announced that two people had died, but provided no details. But Itasca County coroner Dr. Michael Baich confirmed information from a family friend that the victims were Danny Adams Sr., 64, of Dora Lake, in the Chippewa National Forest northwest of Grand Rapids, Minn., and his son, Danny (Barney) Adams Jr., 45, of nearby Spring Lake.
Saliva samples indicated that both men, who were otherwise healthy, had the Type B strain of influenza, Baich said.
However, he cautioned that health officials "are not certain that the flu was the cause of death; they may have died of a secondary condition such as a staph infection."
Dr. Roberta Zimmerman, a Grand Rapids pathologist, will conduct the younger Adams' autopsy this week, Baich said.
An autopsy on Danny Adams Sr. is pending and may take place in St. Louis County, he said.
Meanwhile, the victims' wife and mother, LaDonna Adams, 62, was in intensive care in a Duluth hospital late Thursday, Baich said. He did not have further information on her condition.
The Adamses will be much missed in their small rural communities, said Jim Smith of Dora Lake, who knew both men well.
Dan Adams Sr. was the longtime pastor of Good News Bible Church in Dora Lake, while his son, the "most liked guy in town," owned Barney's on the Bowstring Resort in Spring Lake, Smith said.
The younger Adams died Sunday afternoon at Bigfork Valley Hospital, according to an obituary on the website of the Grand Rapids Herald Review. His funeral will be held at 2 p.m. today in Dora Lake. His father died Wednesday at a Duluth hospital; funeral arrangements for him are pending.
State health officials said they took the unusual step of publicizing the deaths despite an incomplete investigation because word was spreading and causing concern in the family's community.
Some Dora Lake residents are worried about catching the illness that killed the pair, Smith said. Dan Adams Sr. appeared weak and had a sore throat when he last preached in church, Smith added, but took care not to shake hands with anyone after the service.
"Something like this, you don't know where it's going to pop up," Smith said.
State epidemiologist Dr. Ruth Lynfield said, "This is a devastating situation for this family.
"We should keep in mind that influenza can be a serious, potentially fatal health threat," Lynfield said. "Influenza is highly contagious, so it can spread easily within families."
Asked about community fears, Baich said, "There is no reason to panic," stressing that flu deaths in otherwise healthy individuals are extremely rare. Family members and medical workers who came in contact with the Adamses are being closely monitored for symptoms, he said.
Baich said it was not known if the Adamses had been vaccinated for the flu, but even if they were, the vaccine does not protect people against Type B.
Buddy Ferguson, a spokesman for the state Health Department, noted that several hundred Minnesotans die of complications of the flu every year. Many are elderly or have other underlying conditions, such as asthma, that make them especially vulnerable.
The department also has reported that two girls, ages 5 and 12, have died of complications from the flu this year.
The Health Department's website, www.mdhflu.com, has information about flu, including how to find flu shot clinics.

Any idea on how much is going to NNVC?
Check out year end summary by Eugene for NNVC on their website! Some amazing details...
Can you update us on where NNVC is at with the avian flu? Any more testing or research scheduled? Realistic time frames for seeing any new information?
Thanks
Dr. Feelgood,
Several times over the last year or so when I see an interesting article about the Bird Flu I have sent the writer of the article an email requesting that they investigate NNVC for a follow-up story. I tend to stick with the big hitting publications. I just sent one today on a new Forbes article.
I was hoping that you would write a short paragraph that would intrigue the writers or editors that they would do further research. If you could make a comment on your post that anyone if free to distribute this information it would be great appreciated.
Hopefully, this will start the NNVC media machine!!
Thanks,
mnhometown
Ovidius,
Patience is a virtue... I am one of four investor's I know that have been holding and adding NNVC since it was at 12 cents. We have a combine position of close to 2 million shares and no one is close to selling. I read the board everyday, but since I have nothing close to the substance that Dr. Feelgood injects into the conversation, I prefer to continue learning about the great opportunity we are sitting on. It is going to be a great ride once NNVC starts to go!
NNVC -Seymour speaking at Bird Flu Conference in Washington D.C. tomorrow!!

This filing is great news!!! OTC here we come!
Any accredited investor knows these types of SEC filings are typically filled with doom and gloom!! Read between the lines. This company is set to explode, what they have to say to fulfill SEC standards versus reality is another story... They are on to some HUGE scientific realities, which whether they go it alone or with a partner, or get bought out is going to yield insane returns.
Excellent point. A group from MN holds 4 million of the float, and have yet to sell.. We have yet to see a heavy sell off. Shorts are dumping for tax gains or losses.
To those longs bringing NNVC into the New Year with them congrats on your stubbornness and belief in a technology that could some day be bigger than aspirin or penicillin!
The shorts and tax dumpers are selling, as all can tell by the volume, it is not much; it is disappointing that more people are not taking advantage of the cheap, cheap stock, because this shall not last for long... To much good news on the way, Vietnam trials, SEC approval, moving from the wild west that are the pinks to OTC, and just maybe Big Pharma or some free funds from Gov't??? To much hope to give up on this stock..
This next round of testing is only expected to take about 2 weeks to do. It anyone's guess when they will rollout info on the results of the testing. It would be a nice start to 2007 to have postive news and finalization from the SEC. It would be a great spring board to the OTC.
I have done some DD, and spoken with an NNVC consultant that was there for the orginal Vietnam testing and will be going back there for the 2nd round, which is starting very soon!! This person is well respected in the country and has opened doors for NNVC.
I would guess we have a double whammy coming up for those that are patience. Hopefully news of success in Vietnam, and SEC should have the filing review wrapped up, then on to the OTC. Big Pharma will want to buy all of our shares... Merry X-MAS!
FOG Where is NNVC on your List?
Anyone know what's up with this company???
The Big Three!
Glaxo Smith Kline 1st Day
Roche 1st Day
Nanoviricides 2nd ,Best for Last!
It is quite impressive that startup like NNVC would be asked to present with such industry heavy weights! It is obvious to only a few hundred investors, that NNVC is on the cusp of greatness! Congrats to the longs on this stock, it won't be long and we will be rewarded in a big way for our belief in this company!!!
Thanks for that update Dr. Feelgood, I greatly appreciate your insight into this stock. The MN contingent that I am part of has a very large stake in this company. We are all longs on this stock. I personally have not sold any shares and even my position in this stock, will be adding more shares at these prices. They are sickly undervalued. With the pending SEC filing, updates on the trials,(all which have been exceedingly beyond expectations) and bird flu hype, there is no reason to think that we won't be back in the $3+ range by Feb. I know the Bird Flu is just the small play in what NNVC is really up too, but it is what will drive the stock in the short term. Shorts, keep sellings, Longs will be enjoy the ride to riches...
Is there a real timeline that a 10SB will need to be filed by NNVC? I have heard from someone in SEC world that this is not necessarily the case. Just lookng for your opinion. By the way where is Paradise, because it is seldom in MN.
Thanks.
Dr. Feelgood, I enjoy the insight you bring to this board. If/when the filing occurs, where do you see the stock price going in the short term. Unfornately with the filing it can take up to 90 days before approved. Comments appreciated.
LFZA Really? Longtime holder on NNVC, part of a MN contigent that have a large holding of NNVC... Love the stock and think the long term outlook is tremendous.
I did some DD on LFZA, it seems like a complete sham to me, down to the corny video with the professor from Cornell... What make you guys think that this one is actually the real deal?
