Is Scott paying 80K a year for SEC?
Did he pay 600K for the company?
Was he about to make this company a bitcoin miner?
Did thaf deal fall apart?
If it did, why? Did he have something Bigger/Better?
Is he about to/or still seeking to merge something crypto here?
Why is he not listing this company as a shell then?

I think I remember a few years ago, someone from this board said they spoke w Scott on the phone and (if my memory serves) said Scott acknowledged that the wait is frustratingly long? Am I recalling correctly?
