Nice move today. Is inside information on a possible JV leaking out? The number 1 priority on the 2024 goals was "Enter a joint venture agreement on the KSM project with a suitable partner on terms advantageous to Seabridge shareholders" with a 20.5% rating on pay for performance goals. In addition the last report on 8/14/2024 stated " KSM joint venture discussions continue with six large mining companies. The receipt of the substantially started designation is a significant de-risking event for the KSM project which Seabridge believes will strengthen its hand in negotiating favourable joint venture terms." I think it highly likely that something could be announced by year end. With todays higher gold prices big miners have substantially increased cash flows and at least 6 are looking at KSM. Rudy keeps derisking the KSM project and shortening the time to first pour. Supposedly they are holding out for terms very favorable to shareholders. Staying long and interested to see how this all shakes out. Anyone have a best guess on the 6 interested parties? ABX, FCX, .......??? JMHO
