I picked up a few shares today. This thing is about to take off.

Creep up in price into next earning call may have begun and if not it will soon. Traders that took some profit off will be getting back in to catch the next run over excitement over next conference call breaking all records. I am starting to pick up more shares while I can on this pull back.

Doug has to be having financial problems because it was a dumb move if he didn't.

I agree it doesn't make since for him to exercise them. Even if he has cash in the bank to do it he loses that amount he can draw interest in the mean time

Your right I misread it as .35 instead of .035

He may fill to be able to sell but i don't expect him to. His options are for 35 cents a share not 3 cents like the other guys

I hope they announce a buyer next week. kirkov 3mil option is vested sept 6th and he could exercise his option but in my opinion he won't since he has until 2032 to exercise them. It would be better for him not to exercise his options now but wait until after offer is made. If he has to sell shares now to at .70 he will have 1.5 mil shares. If he exercises them at 2.00 he would have 2.5 mil shares after paying to exercise his options

Your right. I AGREE but that will take a couple years for the price to gradually move down and the generic side to stabilize

Things to consider on what a company's value is.
1 PE if you use this recent qtr. numbers in forward looking 12 months and just keeping the same numbers each qtr ELTP has a PE of 6 so a PE of 15 valuation would be 1.70.

2. Then 12 month from now cash on hand should be around 100M+ bring valuation up to 1.80 a share.

3. The drugs in pipeline already approved but not launched potential revenue has to be figured in. I have 50M figured in for that bringing valuation up to 1.85 per share

4. The BE study on 27B Eliquis would need to be figured in for its potential which could add considerably more to buy out price.
I left alot out but fair sell price per share should be somewhere between 1.85 an 8.00 depending how much weight is given to the 27b BE drug

That's just my humble opinion.
