FYI I transferred a large amount from traditional IRA to Roth after legal MDR .met. Yes have to pay taxes on both minimum withdrawal plus anothe large junk on amount transferred to Roth. But transferred at $1.21 now all the multiple shares owned in that account will be tax free when I sell any of NLST Think about it pay the tax now and when NLST hits projected 20 or more a share it's not taxable.

If this hits $5 a share I personally would like to send you a small stipend for all you do.

Thanks so much for detailed reply and your honesty I have 16500 shares average 3.21 and have been in and out make good by selling 2-3K and back but as you can see at present about $1 down from break even at current price. Looking at long term but at 83 hopes itmpays off. Either way will not effec me at all just the estate. but like you do gamble now and then.

Striper I have been a holder for 5 months and follow your information often. My question is what and why are you so knowledgable on Netlist. Are you a large stock holder or paid by Netlist or a law firm to even be at the court hearings.

If yoy can put NLST in a Roth account you will not have to pay taxes on the huge gains years from now. Possibly better to pay the tax now to conversion as the tax rate will no doubt be much higher in 2 -3 years, I am not a CPA so welcome any comment.
