I've bought pretty consistently for the past 5 months. My last buy was at the end of September.
I believe you, it's just weird how things work sometimes. I bought well over 100M, and never had any issues with getting any of it at .0001. Everything filled immediately or within 24 hours.
1's have been extremely easy to get for the past several months. Put in a bid order and it will fill almost immediately in most cases.
Definitely plenty of 1's out there for the people wanting them. I hope that ends really soon.
I watched a few of his video conferences years ago when I first bought into PHIL. I have no reason to watch anything he produces anymore. He's a blatant liar who has done nothing but cause financial harm to far too many lives.
They've never managed any amounts of funds for anyone. They're technically an M&A company, but it is highly doubtful this company ever gets off the ground. Books are meaningless when it comes to PHIL.
Yes, for well over a month now lol
I've been hoping they would follow up on that post by now. Filings are due by the 14th, so hopefully we hear from them before then. I'm going to sit still with what I have share wise and see what happens.
I would buy more, but I'm always skeptical of OTC's who go silent. I realize they say they're working on things, I've just been burnt by others who have followed similar paths. I do have more shares than most though, so I can easily live with what I have too.
Any speculation on a timeline for when we see an update from the company?
I think most people here would be ecstatic to see this rise to .02 cents again. The new CEO does appear to be doing positive things.
Trent has gone dark. His X profile is not active or findable lol. He said some things that I'm sure the people at BQST didn't appreciate.
I do not think that is the reason for the volume, but it is always nice when companies have a presence of some sort. The CEO just got access to their X account so hopefully we see more transparency.
Interesting volume for sure. The CEO posted on X as well. Hopefully things move in a more positive direction where we see the share price finally go up.
Share structure updated yesterday so that gives me hope of a filing tomorrow.
I love the newer 2 through 12 tables. Winner (or possible loser of course) on every roll.
It definitely appears that something is happening. A few weird trades today as well. I'm very hopeful for promising news here soon.
Quiet period for what?
Would be nice to see an update from them sometime soon. I realize patience is required, but a PR would be nice.
Yes I am giving him credit for believing. Never said he was wise for doing it, but his belief hasn't wavered. 99.9% of everyone else have smartly seen the light and given up. Brinfin will get there eventually as well.
I will give Brinfin credit for his belief in Henry, sadly though, it will never end well for anyone invested. We all had our hopes once upon a time, but there's too much evidence brought to light of this never doing anything. Hopefully people can use it as a needed write off at some point.
I placed a 25mil bid order today and it did not fill, for what it's worth.
The sad part is the dipshits at Kota are just as corrupt as Henry is. It's like the pot calling the kettle black. Only Gobbler would want to make anything any of them say relevant.
I've learned early to temper my expectations on these OTC's. I've seen far too many of them lie and deceive shareholders with bogus announcements and failed promises. There's virtually no rules in this arena, so they get away with blatant manipulation 99.9% of the time.
Not saying that is what GRLF is doing as I would only want everyone to be rewarded, myself included. I hold back excitement probably more than most from previous bad experiences.
They did announce they were going to do it, and met with counsel, but of course that's all we know. Ideally they would quietly buy as many as the rules allow them to on a weekly basis right now. Everything is simply speculative which is why it's hard to get excited much.
I wonder why they wouldn't just lower the authorized share amount? It's a small item to take care of that would invoke some investor confidence.
I really appreciate you sending them a message. I'm definitely not going anywhere as I've been fortunate to get all my shares at .0001. And I have tons of them 😉.
I agree, patience can be challenging for a lot of people. I just wish when these companies pump figures, or provide hope of future plans (buybacks), they would then not turn around and dilute. Being frustrated for those type of tactics is not a lack of patience IMO, it's a feeling of deceit more than anything.
If they can announce plans for a buyback, then they also can disclose why they diluted almost 1B shares. I feel transparency should be full circle.
Thanks for the response and doing that. Did they say anything worthwhile you are willing to share?
Why have message boards if there's no conversation? Dialogue is a good thing.
The only problem is, it doesn't appear to ever be leaving the EM. Companies with good intentions, at the very least talk about it, or make a statement every now and then about their intentions. This company went dark a long time ago and has never resurfaced, or even appear to want to resurface.
Miracles do happen, and IMO it would be a miracle for something positive to happen here.
A very productive and strategic session held yesterday with our legal counsel to fine-tune the framework for our upcoming share buyback. Confirmation from the company that the buyback process has officially begun would move the needle rather quickly.
People and bots are paid to post 24/7 in today’s world.
There's plenty of private money that would do such loan.
My bad, I should have used the words "different requirements". The OTC companies have less requirements for their audits, so they are not as time consuming. I work with many businesses and require financials in certain cases. Basic audited financials do not take that long to produce.
OTC companies have a different audit process than the ones on the NYSE or NASDAQ.
That could be the case, but often times it is people buying into the bid and not the ask.
Pretty sure they can also file for an extension giving them a few extra days if needed.
