Reverse split is lazy and the(prolonged) use of them are what scares any potential investor.
Being on an actual listed market would cut out alot of the nefarious elements, or even having a reputable TA, Which I can't say isn't the case at the moment.

Reverse splits are lazy when you can put actual work into making your securities worthwhile.

The larger os would become basically irrelevant if/once audited financials are achieved. That's certifiable.
Nobody, anywhere likes RS and too many moves in that regard keep institutional investors away.
