Happy 4th! Well we've got another quarter behind us which means we're another quarter closer to getting the curtain pulled back. By definition, I think they have 45 days to file their 10Q. Sunday, August 14th is 45 days.

However, "As long as a company has a reasonable explanation, the SEC allows late filings within a specified time period. Common reasons why companies are not able to file on time include mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate litigation, an ongoing review by corporate auditors, or lingering effects from a bankruptcy."

The interviews from the end of March stated going public in 3-4 months. Hang in there folks, IMO it's not a matter of if, but when.

It is! not that I would want this, but likewise if a group got behind this they could manipulate the other way pretty easily. Wouldn't take a lot of actual dollars to move it.

Thanks, that has never made sense to me. I'm not going to be someone to say oh they have 100 million in revenues, when we know they said 25ish...but yet they did say they have 600 employees. Just doesn't add up to me. It's a good thing, but not sure how it works.

How do they have 600 employees and only do 25 mill in revenue? Unless contract salaries are accounted for differently?

Yep! and that's why I don't think LG considers AGSS public yet, albeit it can be traded on OTC.

Agree with you 100%, I'm just saying what he said in those interviews. I've always wondered if he used the term IPO because that's what people are familiar with but it won't actually be "initial".

Trust me, I've had that same question and have always said the same thing! But in both interviews LG says they plan on going public via IPO. Which brings me to my next theory, LG doesn't consider them public until they're on a different exchange and not OTC.

Since AGSS doesn't have active social accounts for the purpose of communicating with shareholders (which is fine IMO) any thoughts on what source a PR might come from? Will it come from a source like Benzinga or PR Newswire?

Think the fins will officially be merged in before PR? In my head it would make sense to complete the merger by moving fins into agss, then PR stating the fact AGSS is going public. I don't think it makes sense for a company to put out an official document stating they're going public but not have the fins / or have technically not merged them yet. I believe all eyes will be on Q2 filing as this will be a clear indicator of where they are in the process.

By the way, it hasn't even been a year since LG bought the HRAA shell....so in a way depending on who you talk to and what you read, I hope I don't get grief for saying this, but it's still on schedule per say as it can take a year or so. Don't give up hope!

Not sure if similar or not but I remember when ICOA first activated their Twitter acct and over about 30 days or so (can’t remember exactly) it went from 004 to 02 ish because they kept putting out filings, news etc I could see the same playing out here.

yep absolutely and sounds like they're aware of lack of news. which means, once they're able, watch for PR's. i think people are on the side lines for now, until we get a little more clarity. I know i am...my guess is we'll hear something as soon as LG is allowed. The larger picture here imo is this is not an OTC type company, that tweets "news out soon"

Yep I'm in the "new" boat and am not alone...I think there will be a steady climb into July. OTC is hot right now, couldn't be a better time imo.

That's the million dollar question. there's a number of theories out there....could be in a quiet period or might be direct listing and will PR once "public" or don't want to PR now to avoid volatility before things are finalized. These are just what I've seen others post....

If being an SEC filer and having all filings current, does it really matter if information is current on their OTCM profile to stay current? They may not see a need for it based on what we're hoping...or yeah they could totally be getting a pass if OTCM knows more than we do.

Saw that too...still says 0 volume. yet showing down a penny. Very weird. I really don't know how all of that works. I guess no ones selling lol or buying for that matter.
