So what if you talked to some guy who was in charge of a company a year ago. Shi farms is done and gone. See, no website http://www.shifarms.com/ no social media posts in a year. There are no MDBX operations at all, they are so broke they do not even have a website. You can literally host a website for 50$/year.
Steve is long gone. Notice how the last post is just about a year ago. https://www.facebook.com/ShiFarms/ notice how they have no website.
I have been 100% right about this scam for years. In case you have not noticed, there is no company. It is dead and has been for a long while. Comparing this to gamestop just shows you have zero understanding of the market. Gamestop is a real company with actual operations, not a suspend grey sheet scam nailed by the SEC for fraud.
People hold convertible debt than makes 10X or more as many shares as exist now. You own nothing when you buy shares here. Nobody will give the "company" money as they have milked that to the maximum already. If someone wants to run a new scam with this stock they will have to wipe shareholders out and even then the CD holders will likely be in control.
The company has no operations, no money, no website, over 100 billion shares fully diluted and is on the grey sheets. It is a miracle the stock is not trading at <.0001 and it is highly likely that the stock will be revoked. It could be tomorrow, next week or next year (just like I said about how it would be suspended and it was)
LOL, why don't you check out what SHI farms has been up to? Their website is as awesome as Notis'

For those who don't want to click, they are gone of course.
THIS STOCK HAS NO OPERATIONS IT IS A DIRTY EMPTY SHELL WITH THE MOST BLOATED SHARE STRUCTURE IMAGINABLE
I literally am the person who exposed the original CEO as a career criminal. Why would I buy worthless shares in an obvious fraud?
Who can we contact at SEC to see how they can help the people who own stock here
The SEC sued this scam for fraud and suspended the stock It is now on the grey sheets so neutered and on track to be revoked. If you bought into this stock it is 100% on you, nobody cares as the SEC has done their job (although not in a timely manner) and you have been clearly warned by the SEC and even me.
The fact is the company has NO OPERATIONS and no future. Nothing will change that. One day you will wake up and the ticker will be deleted. Could be tomorrow, next week, next month or 25 months from now, just a matter of time.
Wash trading is pretty much a norm on penny stocks.
The company has no operations or money. They do have lots of people who hold convertible debt and there are lots of dumb people who will buy the results.
Chance of it changing is pretty much zero. Once a stock is grey bringing it back is just not worth it. Especially with this very dirty shell. The only people who would want the trading vehicle are criminals and due to the history criminals would be stupid to even try. It will fall back to barely trading and .0001 with a bit of time.
It is a greysheet stock. There is no bid and ask so you may never get filled at any price or have some crazy low bid like .00001 filled. Super easy to manipulate and very illiquid, most folks will not buy grey as you can get stuck with worthless shares very, very easily.
There is no bid or ask. Only matched trades, the next trade could be .00001 or .0009 or .0002 etc... as could the ones after.
Invested? This stock is a blatant fraud and has been since day one, sane people do not invest in it. Even outside the fact that it is a fraud, the stock is dead and the company has no operations with 10 billion outstanding and 100s of billions fully diluted. It would be hard to find a worse place to put money.
Afraid not, I have been in this stuff for 15 or so years.
Took me a week to figure out why this is important
Uhh, but it isn't. The OS and AS are common knowledge and the DTC holding most of the shares is completely normal.
Office? you mean virtual office space? As if they actually have a real office.
NJ office is actually Aeon group which has absolutely nothing to do with NGBL

LA "office" is virtual space anyone can get an office there right now

You think that is great, check this out!

The company has no operations and if they did any income that came would never accrue to common holders. If you want a legalization play this scam is pretty much the worst choice anyone could pick.
Not really, putting money in here is like buying Enron stock. It is a defunct worthless company with no operations.
The management does not buy shares, the whole point is issuing as many as possible to enrich insiders. That is why there are 10 billion outstanding and a fully diluted in the 100 billion range. Why would anyone want shares as there is essentially an unlimited amount? I bet any of the folks with convertible debt would sell it for the equal of .00001/share happily, I sure would if I had some as it is worthless.
Chances are it is a PO box/virtual office. I would be very surprised if it was not.
No they are not. The company is dead and has been for a long time.
That is not even an argument. I have followed this stock for many years. It was started as a fraud and has been an insider enrichment scam 100% of the time. Only people who are unable to read and understand financials have bought into the scam.
This stupid run company should pay off who they owe and then go the needed paperwork to get current.
They have no money and what way as well be infinite debt. If you read their filings you would know that what you want is 101% impossible. All the money has and will always go to insider enrichment.
Eventually the stock will be revoked and stop trading. The greys cripple the stock and make it very hard to buy/sell so most will not come near it. So it really is not far off being completely gone. Anyone able to get .0001 for a share is making out like a bandit as liquidity drys up trading will stop almost completely.
No they don't.
Just the fact that they include Notis in their "report" means that they are wholly incompetent. Odds are it is just crap scraped off the net conglomerated to be sold to dummys.
Zero relation, unlike this one the other medbox is legit.
Assuming there actually is someone with the company still. The chances of anyone speaking again is pretty much zero.
"As of September 21, 2012: From January 2010 until today there have been a total of 1116 SEC Suspensions where ALL 1116 stocks were reinstated on the Grey Sheets after the ten day SEC Suspension ended.
Of the 1116 SEC Suspended stocks since January 2010 645 Registrations have been revoked.
The remaining 471 stocks are on the Grey Sheets (or still in the ten day SEC Suspension within the last ten days) and not one has made it off the Grey Sheets back to quotation by any Market Maker."

Next stop is the stock being revoked.
10-15 years here and being 100% correct about this stock for years says I do.
The stock is grey with 10 billion out and 100+ billion fully diluted. Do you have any idea how penny stocks work?
More like some lucky bastard was actually able to recoup a few hundred dollars. Few will be able to do that.
Good luck selling, you are the proud owner of worthless paper. Congrats!
Chances are like one in a billion. Basically once a stock has gone grey that is the end. There is no reason to spend a fortune to bring back a dirty shell and no legit business person would touch it with a ten foot pole.
No actually the SEC did nail the stock and that is as clear a warning as it gets. The only one to blame is yourself as the scam was super obvious even long before the SEC nailed them. I have been clearly warning noobs here for years and mostly got crapped on for it, by people like you, remember?
I don’t understand why it so difficult for Notis/Shi to file financials even if it’s negative and/or communicate to stockholders.
They have no money to pay for it and no reason to communicate as the stock is worthless. They are unable to milk anymore money from it as the share structure has been blown out to 100 billion +. No point in making the stock look like something when you can't line your pockets anymore.
nope
