There are discussions with several brands with the goal of a unified brand direction under the FUNR umbrella and all guided by AI Genie-the gateway. We are in active discussion with interested targets. The central focus is on cash flow, sales generation and growth profile. The immediate goal is revenue; to repeat-revenue�immediately.



FUNR has hired an M&A consultant for structuring our relationship with Surface Products Corp. in these L&I stages. We are in the process to (i) acquire the Surface brand and/or product intellectual property, and (ii) enter into a licensing agreement with Surface for a combination of % revenue and a fixed fee, (iii) provide more affordable working capital financing for short term production runs for a fee as legally permissible, and (iv) continue operating as a sales and marketing organization.



Our market research shows that Surface products are a great fit with FUNR�s corporate goals to be a good citizen with Mother Earth. The products are developed free of Oxybenzone and Octinoxate. These are environmentally friendly and yield "the most comfortable sunscreen on the planet." Surface has working, promotional relationships with multiple professional sports ambassadors who align with these concepts. This list grows. FUNR is finally in a focused, fresh direction with a plan of action, focus on revenue and alignment of resources.
