Many of the same investors who were early in GOFF and KATX are now loading ILST before merger announcement!
Caren Currier also shepherded the ILUS and OWUV mergers.

How many Preferred Shares?
Has anyone confirmed how many Preferred Shares are Authorized and Outstanding?
Just envisioning a scenario where the merging company gives us an 85% equity stake to run up the SP, then they decide to RS and dilute 6 months hence to cash out on their Preferreds when they become convertible. We've seen this scenario play out many times. Still gives us an opportunity to walk away with good profits.
KATX March 30 Discharge
Thoughts on KATX?

Reverse merger pending.
"board members have been elected"
Is he referring to the board of the incoming/merging company?
Do we have a precedent for a company that reverse merged into a SEC reporting OTC shell?
Or will this be the first one ever?

When will FINRA clear Form 211?
No precedent for a billion dollar company to RM into an OTC shell then uplist to BB vs listing on BB directly via IPO or SPAC. Can we expect that here?
HMBL was worth $40 M at the time of RM. Can we expect a $1 B+ company to RM here?
Companies that have gone public via SPAC are valued much higher than custo though right (at the time of merger). Is there a precedent for a $1 B+ company that RM'd via an OTC shell vs. listing on BB directly? What is the biggest company to have RM'd via OTC shell to date?
Why would a $1 B+ company choose to RM via OTC shell vs. IPO or SPAC to go public?
Can anyone answer this?
GOFF is headed to $10+ in my humble opinion. Some reasons.
OTC Markets:
1. Address update to New York.
2. SIC code update confirms incoming asset is a blockchain company.
3. Which private blockchain companies are in NY? Chainanalysis etc.

Thanks QTRADER. Are you inferring market cap will overshoot the merging company's valuation on the initial run up?
Due to hype?
Shell Market Cap / Merging Asset Valuation Arbitrage?
Just wanted to run something by you guys if you have a minute.
When evaluating GOFF's price target, effectively it is contingent on the valuation of the merging asset.
We know the market cap of the GOFF shell.
We know the valuation of the merging asset.
The two (theoretically/technically) must align at some point.
If the market cap of the shell is lower than the valuation of the (established/non-start up) merging private company, there exists an arbitrage.
If the shell is undervalued, it needs to "correct" to the market value of the merging company.
So if it's a $1 Billion company GOFF runs to $5? In theory.
GOFF's market cap is $100 million right now so that would technically imply 10x upside.
So that would be best case scenario for GOFF if that makes sense.
Thoughts?
"Now we hear that the CE is being reviewed by FINRA."
How did you receive confirmation of this? Just curious...
