Mo, I'm curious how Takeanyware knows to download upgrades to your PPS via your computer. Are you registered?
U
You bet, pork! I'll be right there with you.
Pat, There is no hype or momo in this stock right now and this is a good thing for us long term investors. Everyone knows now that the magic time frame will be later this year. Howard himself has repeatedly stated that the stock price will not appreciate until we become profitable. Some will not have the patience and fortitude or they move on to flipping opportunities and people like you and me will buy their shares as they bail. I see the opportunity in this for me.

BJ's reports higher 2Q profit; raises yearly forecast as shoppers seek deals at discounters
flp, Please contact STP Tools through the website and inform them of this problem.
Thanks,

Howard Ullman from the 2Q-2008 conference call: "...it is possible that the Take line of products could out sell STP. It is also possible that the Eco line of lighting could out sell STP and we expect great things from STP" (not exact quote)
Wow, sounds like huge potential from all three lines!
U
CHDT Corp has a 3 year business plan. The year two, 2008, plan calls for $11 MM in revenues and bottom line break-even or slightly profitable.
Howard Ullman from conference call: "Personally, I feel we are ahead of our aggressive plan."
Formal announcement of STP Tools products hitting Sam's Club shelves due today!
4 MAJOR lines with "strong backlog"
* Capstone lighting - expanded with newer technologies
* Eco-i-lite - Part of Capstone but new, revolutionary and expected to generate revenues well beyond core lighting products.
* STP Tools and Accessories
* Take Products
New, innovative Products that are gaining traction daily using new, cutting edge, technologies. As retailers work through their buying cycles, our products will reach their shelves!
U
I bought one of the little Capstone illuminating magnifying lenses yesterday from the booklight display in the super Walmart in Las Cruces NM. I've bee keeping an eye out for one of these and finally found it. I will be extremely useful for the older eyes. LOL.
We were there setting our youngest child up at NMSU for here first year at college. Empty nesters now.
U
Continued revenue growth leading to profitability. We are on that track, plain and simple. We want it better, we want it bigger, we want it faster. But, do you know what? We will get it. We'll get it when it's time.
I haven't sold a share in over 2 years. I've bought many since then. I don't plan on stopping.
U
We did hear a certain "wishfulness" in his voice regarding this. I believe though, that they will get it done. At least to some meaningful degree. Hopefully more than less.
U
The Take line and the Eco-i-Lite line being on shelves for the holiday season seems to be one very important factor in meeting, and if this goes a little better than planned, to exceeding the 2008 revenue forecast. Better than planned Take and Eco-i-Lite sales may tip the scales to profitability is what I heard.
U
".... our company is on track to reach its revenue goals set at the beginning of the year."
Hey Rocky! Watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat! I think he's going to do it! Don't touch that dial!
U
Yes, I just saw that from a Google search of CHDO.
Oh gosh, HELLO, I meant $0.235! Sheesh!
pp,
I remember those days. Though I am a long term investor in this company (since 2003), I sold a significant number of shares at $0.0235! I got very lucky to hit the absolute peak but, I did. No doubt, we are going there again, and easily well beyond that. See you at the top,
U
RJ,
Welcome. The following is a post of mine form way back in February. I hope it helps.
Well, I'm just back from Miami. Back to work and not all too happy about that! While in the Miami area, my wife and I called Howard and set up a visit to the CHDT and Capstone offices. Howard was very gracious and encouraged us to come for a visit.
We easily found the place in an upscale office complex in Deerfield Beach. I guess it was about an hour’s drive from Miami Beach. We were very pleasantly surprised to see the nice brass signs denoting the offices. We were right on time and Howard greeted us very enthusiastically. He spent a good deal of time with us and later we hooked up with Reid Goldstein. Stewart was on site but was very busy with vendor reps or someone. The office was generally quite abuzz – everyone seemed very busy and quite intent on what they were working on. A very nice display case upfront neatly housed book lights and STP Tools.
We talked for a long while as Howard pulled tools from display to explain certain specifics of the designs and packaging and to answer some of the many varied questions from my wife and I. By this time we are feeling very good about this. Even better than before! But, it gets better!
Regarding the STP Tool license, Clorox reviews, and makes recommendations on, every product and demands equal or better quality than what’s on the market in the same price slot. I mean, this right here is huge! Clorox is not settling for second rate!
The tools are all over the office and we handled and tested many. They are of high quality and have many unique features not found on competitors. Plus, Capstone’s manufacturers build the molds and packaging specifically for STP. Capstone is not simply slapping a label on some existing model. And believe me, it shows.
I started letting loose some more serious questions. When I asked Howard about the financing issue, a very warm confident smile came over his face and he said "there will be news of that very soon". He further explained in detail the desire (more of a personal requirement) for strictly conventional financing. We got a very good feeling from what and how he said this.
We began to discuss the purchase of Capstone and even more specifically, Stewart Wallach’s role now in CHDT/Capstone. I had been a little unclear as to how the relationship has evolved over time. Though not specifically stated, I think that Stewart became aware of Clorox’s solicitation for an STP licensee after the sale of Capstone, Stewart has the pull, connections, etc, and Capstone was the perfect vehicle. IMO, this is why Stewart became more deeply involved in CHDT, i.e. as CEO. A good thing and again, my opinion only.
Stewart has the pull - in attracting qualified staff and with business contacts. The staff he has assembled are all old successful business partners and aquaintenances like Reid Goldstein. I think that Reid was involved in the development of Super Glue! How powerful is that? Stewart is everything to the success of STP Tools. And, I’ll tell you, it doesn’t seem to be about the money with these guys. They already have money. It is about the game and about successfully developing a product and successfully marketing it. There is no scam here.
Reid spent quite a long time with us. He basically came out of retirement to work with Stewart on this STP project. And, he is about as excited a person I’ve ever met and happy as can be. I found it very interesting and comforting that he is a stickler when it comes to packaging. Packaging is everything. Some of the packaging for the STP tools is unique to say the least and will be huge in the market place.
Another thing that struck me very positively is the amount of competitor paraphernalia lying about for study and comparison. Advertising and packaging documents also lying about, and obviously being used and even referred to during conversation to make a point. These were from many of the hottest products and campaigns out there today. I got from this, that he/they take making STP better and they take the campaign very seriously.
Also, and I think very important, when I asked Reid and Howard what might "trip us up" in development and marketing, etc. of STP Tools - what could derail this train, we found it significant that financing was not mentioned. (IMO, a clear sign of confidence in their ability to obtain financing.) And, the various things that could trip us up, as described by the duo, are not very likely to happen, IMO.
We are so glad we took the time to take our DD to this next higher level. We have a very high confidence in CHDT. We will continue to invest. This message is getting long winded, though I’m sure that I forgot much and there is certainly more to tell. And, I will over the next while.

$ The most popular labor saving device is money $
takeanyware.com Also available through Amazon. Awaiting imminent news of placement in retail outlets.
BTW, I have 2 of them and yes, they are interesting. Very easy to use. Software is great. Packaging is outstanding and outstanding packaging is something you'll see with all CHDT products.
U
EDD, I had that happen to me just yesterday where I had logged in to a website and later couldn't remember the login. In this day and age many of us have numerous logins and every site requires different password specs, etc. Too dangerous to write them down and I'm getting too old to remember all of them.

Oprah 'Picks' the Personal Pocket Safe

'O, The Oprah Magazine' Gets Serious About Security by Naming the Pocket Safe to the 'O List' This Fall
DEERFIELD BEACH, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Aug 13, 2008 -- CHDT Corp. (OTC BB:CHDO.OB - News), a holding company actively managing subsidiaries focused on designing and manufacturing consumer products for the North American retail markets announced today that the first product in division Black Box Innovations' tâke line, Personal Pocket Safe(TM), has been selected to the O List in the September issue of O, The Oprah Magazine.
Personal Pocket Safe(TM) is a USB compatible smart drive, containing software designed to easily store and sort all of the important documents in a consumer's daily life such as financial statements, credit card information, insurance policies, passwords and many others. The Pocket Safe is completely portable, so it can be used on any PC, with no installation or configuration needed.
"We are excited about providing a new method for efficient and secure organization of vital personal information and records, and have created the Pocket Safe as an answer to this need for all computer users, regardless of skill level," said John Tate, President of Black Box Innovations. "We are hoping the Pocket Safe's inclusion in the O List will let women of all ages know there is an easy, well thought out solution that will allow them to gain control of the mounds of information loaded on today's families."
From a purely technology standpoint, Personal Pocket Safe was designed with multiple layers of security. The first of these is the patent pending PIN pad located on outer-casing of the tâke device which allows a personalized code (up to 10 digits) and locks out intruders after three missed password entries. Data is then stored using military grade encryption, and placed within an epoxy-coated chip which is physically destroyed before it can be manually removed.
"In a time when household records are rapidly transitioning to a digital format, computer disk crashes are frequent, and identity theft is running rampant, we have made a commitment towards combining all the power of modern technology into an easily-accessible, user-friendly tool," said Tate.

What we want to see is substantial confirmation, not just "hopes" of being on track to meet or exceed the $11MM.
Poor Q2 results would not likely be viewed as confirmation. Personally I think Q2 results will be viewed as positive.

The launch sequence has begun
Good job, pork! Finally made it to a mil.
Lucy, all you say here is true IMO. And talk about connections! We will have products in Walmart, Costco, Sam's and BJ's. Wow!
U
We will find that all of the packaging of products marketed by CHDT subsisiaries is/will be impressive. This is just one of the characteristics that will set our products apart from the field.
U
Lucy, the general action this week has been predictable. The moves to the low side may continue for a couple of days. I have my buy orders in. Next week and beyond should get real ineresting.
U
CHDO gonna report rev's next week. Gonna be good and a lot going on in this company. Real products with real sales in big-box retailers.

dog, that happened to a few of us. The company assured me that the overshipments were very limited and I was quite satisfied with the reason. That was with the earliest shipments so I'm not sure why it would still be happening. Would you contact takeanyware.com and inquire?
U
Agreed!
Lucy, Posters here might be interested in knowing that my wife and I met with the Chairman of the Board of CHDT corp and the President of Capstone Industries back in February at their headquarters in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The business plan that they laid out to us back then is being executed to a "T" and at a very rapid pace. Real products are hitting big box retailers and we have real sales. IMHO, I believe that revenues will accelerate Q on Q. We're invested in it up to our eyeballs.
U
Board has been eerily quiet lately.......
