Getting some serious volume today, Over 5Mil so far, finally getting ready to move up maybe!

Someone just bought 500,000 at .282!

This was how it traded when it went to .44!

With this upward momentum, today would be a good day for news!

So if I'm reading this right, they will probably announce a settlement before march 4th, rather then wait for the ruling.
Does that make sense?
