4M shares bought in last few minutes. Wanted .008 but settled for .009 to complete purchase. Tomorrow could be interesting.

Agreed. Their proprietary system can be a game changer.
They are still posing quite a bit. They’ve made 11 posts plus additional stories on both Facebook and Instagram this month.
I keep seeing the alerts.
They’ve definitely ramped up since they decided to go public.
If the happens we should be in good shape.

I have thought all along that the agreement
was not in Two Trees best interest. If the removal of the lock up sweetens it enough for them to complete the merger than that’s a huge plus for us.
I cannot see the shareholders of Two Trees, who are mostly employees and original investors, letting their shares go at anything close to these prices.

I’m just glad the merger is still on. Any thoughts as to when it will close?

By the way, since the merger announcement, I’ve purchased many of their items and they make an incredible product!

Interesting. Where did that asset come from? Did I miss it in a previous filing.
Also, the most recent 10Q was through 6/30, and the Two Trees Merger still showed on or before 5/31. So was it terminated or is it active until they say it isn’t. Either way, it would be great to know the status. I’ve tried to reach out to the company several times with no luck.

Why are you caring if people on this board sell.
I’m sure I am not the only one hoping they do, I’d love to get more at a lower price.

In life we can either look in the mirror or we can’t. We all made decisions to buy this stock. I don’t know about anybody else, but Scott did not tell me to buy, so why would I blame him for not giving me timely news. If people aren’t happy with the management. Sell! They may be right it, this may be a dud. But then again, maybe it’s not.

True! I believe they are in hibernation and will come out soon!
Even if the current CSLI is not viable they have too many assets like you just mentioned to close up shop.

Even if the current model is not viable, the shell, with all the extra assets and great share structure can be reinvented or a great reverse merger candidate.

Speaking of investigations, Leonard Tucker has over 5M shares via Stock Subscription.
He is being investigated by SEC and some companies are challenging his shares. I wonder if MASN is doing the same.

I’m guessing Morty would also say that a watched pot never boils.
I’m hoping it doesn’t boil till I have 7 figures in shares lol.
Count me as one who’s hoping this sits for a while longer before it takes off!

I would say at least 99% of OTC companies do not respond to inquiries or reach out to their shareholders.
Nasdaq small cap, bios and others aren’t much better.
I’ve emailed and called so many companies I have shares in.
I’m extremely surprised if I get a response.
It rarely happens.

That being said, these investments are high risk, high reward. Plus it’s like watching paint dry while we wait.
Even if they merge with another company, there’s no guarantee it will be exciting enough for the market to care and see price appreciation. All that being said, everyday we can hope. Everyday we can dream!

I agree! They usually get renewed and rarely get cancelled. Only reason for cancellation would be something positive that they no longer want to keep price down. It’s ofcourse wishful thinking on my part.

In a perfect world 10k is filed this week and offering is cancelled.
That happens we will see some amazing fireworks!

It looks like they last filed corp docs in 2022, more than a year ago, so they may not be filing again.

While I’ve been in this since Scott bought the company in 2022, I didn’t realize the back story with the Carlin’s being named the officers of CSUI in 2017 and then later Bitcoin Ally as well. I just looked it up.

No idea how trade went off at .0005 at 9:30 for 4000. But either way, last trade was a .064. So how does it still show .0005. Only solution he’s baiting trying get people to sell.

I think we can see runs to .01 with current conditions. But if they cancel the current offering, along with a announce Aether news, we could see something truly amazing!
