That call is currently off by 600% from today's high, 600% off the mark in two days lol! Nice try....
In my opinion the difference is if you expect him to anounce that then it would defeat the point and he would be paying much higher than .001.
VFIN dumped 100 million shares Friday in the last 15 minutes of trading and the share price barely moved at that point. That was 1/3 of the whole day's trading volume in 15 minutes, those shares were sucked up with little change in the pps.
It's just as likely it could have been retail waiting to load at that pps, but that is almost 10% of the 1bil+ shares hitting the market and in only 15 minutes. Now we get to guess who it was. I haven't looked up to see if a company must anounce a buyback, but this is the OTC and that probably wouldn't matter much anyway....
It's really not surprising knowing that at this point those who bought last year have seen their shares become pretty much worthless on paper.
At this point VPOR is right back to where all these other reverse merger stocks that already had billions outstanding started last year. Those who bought over .05 will probably not ever get anything above that back, unless of course they are averaging down at these levels. Those buying at these levels will probably see some huge returns IMO. That is of of course this is actually legitimate, it continues to grow with revenues, and some of the promises they are making actually come to fruition.
There will be a whole new group of traders here when the dilution stops, running this thing up on Dror's promises. Even better if it's running up on his actions!
It doesn't go from .001 to .40 in a couple months either. That's was hype, but now it's going to star t from the bottom the right way. If indeed it's out of debt, and revenues are increasing, even with 3.5 billion shares it will be back in the low pennies. At that point the RS will be on the table and will need to happen if they really plan on moving the company forward.
Any talk of a RS split from them at this level or sub penny is only for them to dilute again. The typical pinky scam.
As has been posted before there are plenty of MJ company out there with billions of shares making promises but making no revenue. They are still trading 500% to 2000% higher then VPOR. This dilution killed the share price but the same hype that took it .40 on promises with 400 million shares, will be the same one that takes it to the low penny's with 3.5 billion shares and increasing sales and revenues.
That's great! I remember another tech company I bought years ago CKYS, CEO lied about contracts with the US government, big mistake! He is now in prison for fraud, if it hadn't been for lying about the Gov, and the Feds actually doing something about it he probably would be on to his next scam.
Looks like BMAK is gone completely?
Hopefully I won't be needing to plunge into the trips lol!
I took the plunge into the 11's.....
If the SEC actually cared about the stinky pinky's maybe he would be, but we all know that ain't the case. Look at all the straight up false statements pinky CEOs make, and they keep chugging along...
Once the dilution gets settled, that 3.5 billion will still be less then other MJ stocks that are trading over a penny with revenues nowhere near VPOR's. That's a pretty solid gain from here I'd say....
This is amazing! Having seen this sort of crap over and over again it's great to see someone get slapped down a few by some activist shareholders!
If they put a big block bid to buy those conversion shares and the IHUB folks started screaming that the company is buying back shares, what do you think that would do to the share price? If there is a buyer actually wanting to buy shares ( not MM games) the share price would go up. As the share price goes up they can only buy less of the debt until the MM short it and cover at the conversion price and we are right back to where we are now, but with VPOR having less cash. The MM and toxic financiers will always get their money. It will be interesting to see if VPOR is any different than all the other OTC stocks who have done this.
It's not as simple as you make it sound.
14.5 million were NOT traded at .0012 this morning. 6 million were traded at once for .00129 and a couple million after that, but no where near 14.5 milly at .0012, completely false statement.
Tomorrows volume? Volume was almost 140 million shares the first 3.5 hours of trading, then it dropped off dramatically the last 4 hours with only 40 million shares. Are the diluters laying off tomorrow to let it recover tomorrow before they start diluting again? We will see I gues...
If no one is buying where the hell does 500 million shares go between yesterday and today?
Volume slowed significantly the last hour......
As the note holders convert where are these shares going? Is it retail? I doubt retail would buy 1billion shares after getting burned this far? Especially knowing another billion are about to be unloaded, have much lower will it get then? Well into the trips? I'm interested in taking a larger position, when is the question!??
Agree with the no dilution/toxic aspect. Just setting the record straight on any misrepresentation on share buy back and share structure.
Seriously??? Add up all the share volume in the last 6 months, is it even close to 1 billion shares traded? You really think that GRCU bought every single share traded in that time? If they did do that would it really be trading in the sub pennies if they bought two thirds of the OS in the open market?
Do a quick google search on packaging your own energy drink, it ain't that hard. There are plenty of companies that will do that for you, add some a commercial hook for "hemp" and you now have "Rico Suave".
Are you kidding? What kind of play is this if its going to take a whole month to see a 400% return!
That's the key, if they do it would be a huge boost in confidence, of course they won't announce that til it's done. If they are then we should see that in the share price after the dilution ends, who can say when that happens as the shares keep losing value.
I realize that, but the point is in trying to get in a stock with the confidence that it's less likely to hit the greys after spiral death financing.
What's off topic, toxic financing???
Anyone have any examples of an otc pink that survived dilution through toxic financing? I'm searching to find something that could relate here, but no luck so far.
That stock went from $3 to $200 on about 4000 share volume and 3 days trading, whole different ball game....
Thanks, that does. It seems then it's the Eliquids that differentiates VPOR from others. The vaporizers themselves aren't proprietary, but are just packaged and resold under the VPOR logo. Packaging and distribution are what VPOR actually does on the vaporizer side of the business. With all the competition out there on that side of the market I guess it's up to Dror and Yaniv to convince the market and their distributors to order from them. Franchising sounds like a great way to do this...if they succeed.
Quote: "I LOVE the above questions. Why? Because VPOR seems quite astute and business sound on all accounts. It's like saying did they order them from Whirlpool and put the Kenmore logo on them instead of whirlpool???"
Which is exactly what Kennore does, who manufactures the TV Quad? It looks exactly the same as one sold under the Scion brand of vaporizers. What are VPOR's proprietary products? The E Liquids? I'm sure those are just bought and labled VPOR as well. I'm sure this has been covered before....
Nothing wrong that if they do a better job marketing them then anyone else as a distributor and wholesaler of those products they buy wholesale from a manufacturer. It's just important to know those products aren't unique to VPOR.
Did they ordered them from the same manufacturer of the ones VPOR sells? Or did they order them from VPOR who buys them in larger quantities and just puts the Foxstreet logo on them instead of VPOR's?
For accounting purposes some companies have a fiscal year that ends Dec 15th, haven't looked up what it is here. Anyone know for a fact?
Feel free to explain....
Which is great considering there wasn't much to justify that run last year besides hype. It could barely sustain a share price of a couple pennies before the printing press of dilution started. How this plays out this year is looking better, but better being relative to the ability of getting up and staying over a penny. Still large gains possible from here if it plays out, and still opportunities to improve those gains when it goes back to the teens .
Do not doubt for a minute that a RS is and has to be in the cards if this does actually plan on being a long term company. Does that happen sub penny (then it's over for shareholders) or does it happen over .05 to ge control of the share the structure and move off the pinks (a good move for shareholders) but a rare event in the stinky pinky world.
By the time dilution is done, the share structure will have 5 to 6 times the shares outstanding (if not more) then it did during that hyped run.
And I posted back in Oct this would be easy to buy under a penny, and I was right, all the way down to the sub penny teens as you have been posting "huge news around the corner" "massive news soon" and the share prices hits the gutter.
Big players coming in is the latest claim, on what a 100k on dollar volume for the whole day.....whoa that's some seriously big player action lol....
Will it have as great of an affect on share price as the "jaw dropping news" from November?

I strongly think that VPOR will be dropping EPIC jaw dropping news before Sunday. Congrats longs. wheels are in motion MOFOS. what a ride this has been. We are the world we are the people, la la la la la la
You call this "controlled dilution"??
The dilution is in excess of 300% of outstanding shares....so far! That's not controlled that's a free for all dump at the expense of shareholder equity! Is it any wonder the pump campaign that started when it was .04 has done nothing but increase the volume by 10 fold to generate a market for Magna to dump? It didn't work and here it is trying to hold itself over two tenths of a frigin penny!
From .45 to .0023? I think the tumbling already happened! If there was a remake to the Dewey Cox song "Walk Hard" it would be called Dror's "Tumble hard".
Why did VPOR default on the notes instead of paying off a large chunk of it? If they have that sales they are claiming wouldn't it be better to pay off the toxic note from Magna and renegotiate a better source of funding showing the growth they have had? This smells of stinky pinky financing, they keep the $3 milly, spend just enough to make a website and relabeled products, let the dilution go to the suckers and they walk away with a couple million when this thing falls apart.
Not bad for a years worth of "work"
Have fun in Vegas guys, good work! Now don't blow it all....actually it's fine, there will be plenty of suckers on your next foray into the penny stock cash machine.
No you didn't, teens soon enough. Recover then more dilution.
They are attending conferences in oct of last year before the company existed?? Yeah real professional and clean piece of work. Hey let me give you 5K for advertising services when you can't even get the year right....ridiculous.
