What scenario makes more sense. You buy a company that has an agriculture license because, you don't have an agricultural product or you do have an agricultural product and no license. Common sense?

Do I have this right. Ybyra was denied a clean audit because fertilizer was not considered inventory cause they did not have a agriculture license.  Sounds reasonable. They purchased a company that does have an agriculture license. Now what. Just a matter of time before they get the logistics worked out. I'm happy holding 34 million
