This article is the latest news I can find on Thai Airways, the article is just a few hours old from the BBC. The agenda to propose that Thai Airways become a category 3 state-owned enterprise actually wasn't proposed at the cabinet meeting yesterday but from what I've been reading, it's because they're confident that their rehabilitation plan is going to pass tomorrow when they meet with the creditors. You will need to use the translator again.
Basically we have another day of waiting for a decision but I believe things are looking positive, we will see.
Their proposal to become a state-owned enterprise again was basically going to be a safeguard to make sure that their rehabilitation plan passed but the creditors have been able to submit their votes since May 7th for the E-meeting they're having tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. so they're probably seeing that the majority of the creditors support their plan.
