Your list of analysts covering Amarantus Biosciences is incomplete. After listening to multiple Amarantus conference calls provided to me by former AMBS investors (thanks again for your support), the following analysts were identified on the calls. You will note that there were 4 analysts on the calls NOT on the lists of analysts you provided. They are identified in red. Par for the course with inadequate DD on your part. I would be happy to post the audio files from the conference calls if necessary.
I also included your name for the calls where you presented yourself as an analyst. All other callers who were private investors identified themselves as such. One has to wonder why you didn't identify yourself as a private investor. One could understand the mistake on the November 2013 call, where you posted you didn't know they would announce your company name on the call, or identify you as an analyst. This might have been your first investor conference call, but the call was posted on the AMBS board and the transcript of the call made available that listed you as an analyst. Yeah, okay, their mistake, right?
But on the September 2014 call you once again you identified yourself with your company name, knowing they would identify you as an analyst on the call. Why create the same "error" again unless it was intentional—you wanted to be identified as an analyst. Mistake the first time? Maybe. Mistake the second time? No one is buying that. The SEC is not likely to see it as a mistake repeated a second time one year later. I think they'll come to the same conclusion reached on this board.

The fact your name doesn't appear on your list of certified analysts means nothing. The four analysts I identified from the calls (but not on your list) are also FINRA licensed and were clearly interested in Amarantus. More evidence for the SEC looking into this matter. I would be concerned if I were in your shoes.
One other point. From listening to these calls and the numerous Amarantus corporate advisors, it was clear to me this company wasn't the scam you claim. They were very engaging and extremely knowledgeable in their respective fields of expertise. CEO Gerald Commissiong might have made bad choices in funding the company, but it was clear he assembled a top-notch team. I believe he was also on the right track with Todos Medical. But small companies face a lot of hurdles and neither company survived. I lost money in Todos and I own the decision to invest. I don't put all the blame on the CEO, as some do. Anyone who decides to invest 6-figures-plus in a penny stock company with zero revenue has only themselves to blame for that decision. They can either OWN IT, or act like a CRYBABY and blame others.
That explains why the Amarantus shareholder from JWP Inc. didn't recall the fact he had participated in two conference calls posing as a stock analyst. How many times did he contract Covid? Too bad he wasn't taking Tollovid.
You are totally screwing up their pump-n-dump here, WarMachine. That's why they are angry. Harder to bring in new naive investors when posters like yourself are stating the facts that no deal or acquisition has EVER happened here. Oh, but this time will be the real deal? Not gonna happen.
Scams like this are easy to identify, except for those gullible enough to continue to believe the pumping by company insiders, and of course the board pumpers.
You still haven't answered WarMachine's challenge about this statement you made.
The only "acquisition" by MONI insiders is the acquisition of profits from shareholders pockets as they unload their pumped-up shares to gullible investors here hoping for a big payday.
MONI is the poster child for pump-n-dump scams. Investors who tout SEC filings are the only thing to rely upon on other boards ignore that requirement here. Tweet pumping is the norm and gullible investors get all excited with each new message.
When MONI generates $1 in actual revenue from ANY "acquired" company or new product, I'll leave this board and never look back. I'm so glad I sold this turd at 0.054 with only a small loss.
Oh, almost forgot... MONI will surprise! LMAO
Sounds like someone might have multiple identities on IHUB, doesn't it? Otherwise the site would know who you are when you go to the website using the cookie saved on your computer. But logging out and back in as another poster would cause this problem. 😱 JP has claimed I have multiple identities on IHUB but never offered any proof. Also, the site recognizes me as JoeForkeyBolo every time I visit, without needing to log in. 😉 Not a very convincing excuse as claimed. Dude can't keep someone on ignore. They might mention him and he needs to respond. He's used that excuse before. Absolutely ZERO self control.
Defection into nonsense. Typical response. Won't answer challenges about your own post to prove what you posted.
Here's the answer for you, War... THERE ARE NO PRIOR ACQUISITIONS BY MONI. It's all hype to get the naive investors and flippers excited. Don't expect JPetro to provide proof. If these planned announced acquisitions were real, smart investors would sell and move on for the simple reason those running this company are INEPT and don't have a clue how to accomplish anything they claim.
Who has to login to IHUB? Even an idiot knows that once you log in, a cookie is deposited on your computer so that every time you return to the website it knows who you are and logins aren't necessary. Pretty lame excuse. Whenever I go to the IHUB site I'm not required to login again to post. JPetro has claimed he had me on ignore but continues to respond to my posts on several boards. I'm sure he has placed us both on ignore, but the curiosity about what we might be posting about his lies overwhelms him and he takes us off ignore and responds. Some people simply have no control over themselves.
As you've stated on other boards, HOPE is not a good investment strategy.
Tell us one thing MONI has accomplished, one acquisition or sale they've pumped that came to reality. How many now have they failed to complete? Too many to count on one hand.
SCAM pumped by investors who HOPE something eventually completes that might move the share price to 2 cents.
MONI will surprise? Not likely. Not to anyone with a working brain that can see this is nothing but a pump n dump SCAM.
Hypocritical how you accept this explanation for MONI yet you completely dismiss similar reason for Todos Medical decline where their primary market was Covid testing, diagnostics and therapeutics and all that, including further investment capital, was hit hard when the Covid business shifted in another direction from what the government initially stated. PCR testing was replaced with less reliable home test kits, the pandemic was reported over based solely on the fact people weren't masking anymore (nothing to do with hospitals still being full of Covid patients and many still dying). The Israeli-Gaza war was the final nail in the coffin as planned investments dried up. But hey, I guess when you're busy pumping MONI you will support any excuse.
MONI's been "going to surprise" for how many years now? They post a tweet or release news that points to a shiny new object, and the naive shareholders forget their past failings and fall all over themselves speculating about potential share price when this "new" thing is realized. Problem is, nothing is ever realized. How many times do they have to deceive investors before someone figures out it's all a scam.
Who are you going to blame this time when MONI fails to change your zip code?
I'm really surprised at the bare bones filings. No real info there at all. Didn't the fake stock analyst from JWP Inc. post on another board that SEC filings are the only thing that matters, and that info posted on X/Twitter or other communication formats is not to be trusted, that only what's in the SEC filings matters? Yet on this stock that is all tossed out the window. There's nothing in the filings. All discussion is based on hyped tweets from unknown agents.
MONI will surprise... Yeah, good luck with that. I wonder who the analyst will blame here when tallies his losses. Certainly no ownership of the decision to invest here, where there are so many others to blame.
Exciting news... hopefully the first of many more to follow. This company and their research has pretty exciting potential.
I contacted Fullscript about their Tollovid supply and they responded they had plenty in stock. Tollovid is STILL being sold through Fullscript. Red has posted several times about buying his Tollovid there.
The big question is... who will continue the manufacturing? Perhaps 3CL Pharma will take on the task. There were plans nearing completion where there would be multiple formulations of Tollovid available when the insolvency process began. I'd be happy with just the current formulation continuing to be manufactured. Tollovid has helped keep me Covid-free for the last 2.5 years when virtually everyone around me has contracted Covid at least once. It's not speculation when you understand the mechanism of viral replication and how Tollovid shuts it down. It works.
Only the ignorant would post about GC getting Covid once on his return flight from Israel, while omitting the fact that GC had extended his trip and didn't pack enough Tollovid, and wasn't taking it when he got infected. Or the fact that Tollovid is metabolized by the body at a rate that effectiveness wanes after 16-24 hours, which is why the maintenance dosing is 2 capsules/day, about 12 hours apart. Or the fact GC took the max dosing for 5 days upon his return and had no impact from the virus, and no need to consult multiple specialists. Those details fail to support the buffoon's narrative. LOL
So which is it? Was I buying Todos shares or not?
You can't have it both ways. If I was buying Todos shares then I lost on this investment. If I was a company shill being paid by the company to post then I wasn't actually buying shares. So which is it?
Try picking one side and sticking to it. Bouncing all over the map with your claims is reminiscent of the JWP Inc. analyst on the two AMBS calls who sounded like a buffoon.
Or perhaps it's just the Covid brain fog where you forget the claims made in earlier posts. It was clear you forgot about posting your AMBS six-figure investment with the catastrophic losses and financial insolvency, until those posts were reposted here.
For your info, I have 2 email accounts, 1 phone (no burner phones), and 1 online identity on multiple boards. If you had any computer skills at all you could verify that. But it's clear anyone still using AOL doesn't have the skills needed. Perhaps your detective friend does and can tell you that you're full of shit.
So take a guess as to the distance between us. I'm really trying to help out your detective friend, assuming they aren't laughing at you for being such a pansy-ass whiner.
< 100 miles
100 - 250 miles
250 - 500 miles
500 - 1000 miles
> 1000 miles
You discredit yourself without anyone else's help. Tell us all again who made you invest six figures in a penny stock with no revenue?
Was it Gerald? Is he to blame for that foolish decision?
And which board moderator asked for proof of that claim, and then deleted the response when proof was posted? Was that YOU or someone else?
Be on the lookout for more conference calls you can join. Again, be sure to conveniently forget how they use your company name so you can provide it yet again when the host asks, so you are presented on the call and in the transcript as a stock analyst.
And when you actually make money in an investment other than pump-n-dump flipping, post the company here so others may invest there too. Never happened, not gonna happen. If you like, we can provide the trend of all those companies here where you have invested and posted. All big time losers. Would you like that? It would certainly warn others they should stay far away from anything you invest in and pump.
See, no effort needed by anyone else to discredit you. You do a fine job yourself with your actions.
p.s.: Would you be interested in knowing exactly how many miles I am from you? Might help that detective you're working with. Perhaps he can track down who was sending you all those pizzas too, since your crack Dominos IT team weren't helpful. I think you misunderstood when you spoke with them. They weren't a crack IT team. They were asking if they could score some crack. They probably recognized the last name and though it was someone else they had scored from in the past.
Keep dreaming. Maybe in another 10 years you can figure out who to blame for your losses in MONI, just like every other penny stock investment you've made. This chart tells the story beautifully. Nothing of substance ever accomplished, just lots of HYPE and no follow through, until the next shiny thing and it starts all over again.
Try to keep current. I know it's difficult when one has their head so far up Frank's and Borders' asses they can't see daylight. I sold the millions upon millions of shares and invested proceeds in another company that is already on its way recouping my loss, and it's not a penny stock. I posted this on the board you moderate. How could you miss it? Oh yea... head up multiple asses of a zero revenue, zero product penny stock pumpers.
Hey Les, do you still claim I am Warp and you have the photo to prove it?
You don't have to believe what I say. Have IHUB investigate and that will prove it.
But then I wouldn't expect someone who won't accept responsibility for their AMBS investment decision to take action that might DISPROVE their baseless claims of my multiple identities.
Better send this post to your detective friend. The knight has a sword. Your inner pansy probably considers this post a threat. LMAO
Changing the narrative again, I see. We were talking about me using a fake email account, not you.
You also avoided the topic of contacting IHUB to request they review my logins to determine if I'm using multiple identities here. Go ahead. Post your IHUB request and their response. If they find I'm using multiple aliases here they will shut me down, correct?
You won't take this action because the results will PROVE YOU WRONG yet again.
Fake name and email address given when trying to access a web site to prevent spamming you is a tactic many people use... that is, those with any sense. Google "temp email account" and you'll see there are now online services set up to provide temporary, throw-away email accounts. In cases where no confirmation email is sent, any email address made up on the fly works, as in the case with the Sequire site to access the conference.
You're stretching the facts suggesting I have created multiple aliases here. Show your proof. Request IHUB review my login data if you think I am using multiple identities. They can review not only IP addresses, but device MAC addresses and other parameters that are tracked on logins to their site. Post your inquiry and their response. I know you won't take this route because it would provide PROOF you are full of crap.
I wouldn't expect someone still using an AOL account to know any of this. Your claims are baseless and you can't prove anything. Just speculation of an investor who can't deal with his catastrophic AMBS losses and financial insolvency because of his investment choices, who is still posting a decade later crying about how Gerry is responsible for your predicament. Is Gerry responsible for your losses in IBIO and MONI as well?
Maybe your pal Les can help you out. He claims to have pic of Warp attending a conference. LMAO
Facts are in order. Anyone listening to both conference calls know that you intended to present yourself as an analyst. Your lame excuse of the host making an error doesn't pass muster when it occurs TWICE. On the second call, why didn't you identify yourself as a private investor, as every other non-analyst did on the first call?
Busted!!
Was JPedro accusing posters back then of being other posters or having multiple identities? (offering no proof, of course) Or is that a tactic solely for the reading pleasure of Todos board readers?
That would be our very own fake stock analyst.
What's up with the whale at the bottom? I guess he considered himself a whale of an AMBS investor in the six-figure range, who lost it all since he claims to have never sold. Catastrophic losses and financial insolvency per his posts, and still crying about it a decade later. Sad. 😿
Forgot a couple of options:
a. Dave Ludlow is Warp
b. Dave Ludlow is JoeForkeyBolo
d. Dave Ludlow is a disgraced nuclear submariner
e. Dave Ludlow posted a fake photo to hide his true identity
f. Watson is Warp
g. Watson is JoeForkeyBolo
Thanks for posting this info and for sending me the link. I remember the post claiming I was Warp and he had a photo of me taken at an AMBS conference that proved it. Kinda funny since I have NEVER attended any investor conference.
I recall Dave Ludlow was on one of the calls I posted. The transcript you posted for that call listed him as Devin Ludlow, a private investor.
See, this is why those who believe JPetro's baseless claims are so clueless. It must suck when actual proof is posted, proving you're an idiot. So, gullible fool, is this the photo you have that proves I am Warp? LMAO
Here is Dave's post on the other board, followed by the link to the photo. Can't wait to see the "adjusted" idiotic claims that will come from this.
a. Dave Ludlow is Warp
b. Dave Ludlow is JoeForkeyBolo
d. Dave Ludlow is a disgraced nuclear submariner

Email your location and where you want to meet to WarpCore61@gmail.com and I'm sure I'll be able to respond and set the date to meet. LOL
I'm sure you believe everything JP posts, even with zero proof. Did he sucker you into buying AMBS shares with his buffoonery on the AMBS calls, posing as an analyst? Did he contact you after his Come to Jesus call with "Gerry" to try to persuade you to buy more AMBS shares, that you all needed to support the share price because the "whales" were coming?
You mean the TWO AMBS conference calls you were on, don't you?
Question: If you worked for Burlington Coat Factory, would you have given that information to the host on BOTH calls, since she asked?
"I didn't know how they would use the information." Yeah, right, like you've never listened to an investor conference call before. And let's not forget you did it TWICE. "The host made an error" might have worked once, but it's clear on the second call you INTENDED to be presented this way, as an analyst.
Tell us again why it's important to provide the name of a Construction Estimating Services company to the host of an investor conference call involving a medical diagnostics company.
Claiming it was an error is the most ridiculous excuse I've ever heard. Not once, but TWICE. Are you possibly related to the guy on another call who said he was from Burlington Coat Factory? I imagine everyone listening to that call though to themselves, "What an idiot!" But I bet he sounded like a private investor on the call, with a legitimate question, not a buffoon pretending to be an investment analyst, kissing the CEO's ass so blatently it nauseated everyone listening.

Did you listen to the calls again? What was your favorite word used by the JWP Inc. buffoon? I'm guessing it was CONGRATULATIONS!! LMFAO
I felt the buffoon analyst was MAGNANIMOUS in the presentation of his comments... except for the hundreds of "uh's" and "ah's".
My favorite "analyst" word was magnanimously and was spelled wrong in the previous post.
What's your favorite analyst word or phrase from these calls?
I know he wore out the CONGRATULATIONS, but my favorite is MAGNAMOUSLY. Big words from the small-minded analyst. You didn't hear the other analysts using big words to impress. They also didn't fall all over themselves congratulating the company and advisors the way this buffoon did. They kept their praise brief and to the point. I imagine "Gerry" and others on the call all had to take a crap after the call ended, nauseated from the ridiculous amount of ass kissing from the one analyst.
I'm referring to the full audio of these calls. If anyone wants a copy, please send request to WarpCore61@gmail.com. The idiot moderator believes that is me. See how that works for you.
Or if you have a working brain and are not roped into delusional beliefs of our board moderator/stock analyst, let me know here and I can post a link to the full audio files provided to me. LMAO
You were representing a Construction Estimating Services company on a medical research/diagnostics company investor conference call? LMAO Yeah, that makes sense. Everyone knows you were trying to present yourself as an analyst.
And since your company name is J.W. Petrosino Inc., not JWP Inc., why didn't you give the correct company name to the host?
Blue Book Construction Network listing
You are full of shit. You wanted to be presented as an analyst on both calls. Red tells me there was another AMBS call where some idiot was introduced as being from Burlington Coat Factory. Are you like that idiot? If you were employed at Dominos Pizza or Chuck E. Cheese would you have given that as your company?
The SEC will undoubtedly reject your lame excuse as well. Good luck with that.
John Petrosino presented as stock analyst on 2 Amarantus conference calls. Audio files shortened to eliminate all discussion except:
1. Host introduction of each caller
2. The kissing 👄 "Gerry's" ass buffoonery of the "analyst"... a few minutes of entertainment. 🤣
Notice how ALL other callers who are private investors identified themselves that way to the host. Why didn't John Petrosino identify himself as a private investor?
Also notice how all the other callers and analysts refer to GC as Gerald. Only the "analyst" refers to him as Gerry... like they are friends.
Two calls almost a year apart, same mistake made, same lame excuse. No one is buying this any more than his pump-and-dump attempt following his Come To Jesus call with "Gerry".
Thanks to AMBS investors who provided the audio files. You know who you are. Much appreciated. 👍️ This moron still believes I am several of you now posting as JFB. Covid brain fog? Gerald Derangement Syndrome? Frustration with losing money on every investment? Take your pick. He checks all those boxes.
AMBS Conference Call - NOV 2013
AMBS Conference Call - SEP 2014
There are two possibilities:
1. JPetro was a newbie investor on his first investment conference call and gave company name when asked because he didn't understand it would be presented that way on the call and transcript.
2. JPetro was intentionally trying to present himself as an analyst on the call, not as an individual investor. Pump the ego for himself, and come across as an analyst for others on the call.
Now, if #1 was true, JPetro would have to admit he was new to investor calls and unaware the name would be used that way. But by the time of the second conference call a year later, he should have known to answer the question as "I'm a private investor" instead of again providing the company name when asked. Every other private/individual investor on both calls were identified as such... except for John Petrosino from JWP Inc. Did he forget about the "error" on the first call a year earlier? I don't think so. Covid was a long way off and the memory loss wasn't an issue back then.
The alleged agreement with GC from his Amarantus days. I wonder if that was related to the Come to Jesus call he had with GC.
Claims he can't reveal the agreement nor sell his AMBS shares "on the advice of my attorney". What a load of crap.
Continues to claim the analyst introduction on the conference call was an error by the host. He forgot this occurred on 2 different conference calls almost a year apart. I have obtained both recordings thanks to supportive AMBS investors. He is identified as an analyst on both calls. It wasn't an error by the host. He told them his company was JWP Inc. and that's how he was presented. All other retail investors were identified as a private investor. Giving the company name is only relevant if he's an analyst, and that's how he wanted himself to be presented on the call. He is full of crap.
