IWAL!!! You big beautiful bitch. This could be a an each 10 bagger with this share structure. Wish I bought more at .05 this morning.
Nice, BB. I was watching hoping it would get down to .09. You must have been the one that swooped in and ruined it for me. ??. Check out IWAL. Just announced this morning with a structure similar to CHSO.
Simply look back to the beginning of this year (late Jan/Feb) to see what the stock does with high volume. It drifts down because everyone in the know is loaded to the tits.
I, and I presume the larger WE, buy more when we can but money doesn't grow on trees. YET.
How can you have industry acceptance before the market has been created? LWLG is ostensibly the ONLY player in this space. They just previously announced they were prepared to enter commercialization.
How could the industry accept it if it isn't a commercially available yet?
CDEL is one of the largest execution services in existence. The lions share of brokerages utilize CDEL for execution. While there may be some games going on in the world CDEL is not the illuminati. If anyone, especially retail, submits an order there is a good chance it is going through Citadel.
A source would have been helpful.
Since you didn't supply it I located it all on my own. I may pay some credence to what was written if it came from an industry publication or similar.
Alas it did not. You copied and pasted someones comment from another message board in a thread about an LWLG competitor. A competitor, which interestingly enough, I've been seeing a lot of "WHY AREN'T WE GOING UP TOO?" whining from their shareholders.
Maybe that's why you didn't supply a source

$0.12!?!?! If only someone had been bold enough to tell us this was overpriced.
Not a bad plan if you've got the bankroll.
I saw that. I've got a small position as this is my first time dancing with Alpharidge\SSM Monopoly plays.
I'm in for a 1-3x return and then bowing out. Don't anticipate holding many shares through to R/M.
Custodianship needs to be granted first to have a chance.
It's a shell awaiting merger. There is nothing by which to logically establish a level of support. Every week it awaits a R/M announcement is another week it is likely going to drift down.
Wouldn't be surprised if it sniffed .10 in the next 2-3 weeks if there is no news.
I sold 3/4 of my position in the 17.5-22 range. I would, however, consider rebuying some in the .10-11 range.
Certainly something to watch. I think over the next couple days we find out where she wants to settle.
This thing has been dead for ages. There could be a bunch of old shareholders trying to figure out how to get into their brokerage accounts to do something with it.
Thats where my head is at.
Frobisno mentioned that there might be an influx of MVIS investors coming our way. If that started today I could see it stretching out some small gains over the next day or two. Afterwards we would see a bit of a pull back or if we are very lucky we consolidate wherever we wind up.
Edit - We closed darn near 100% over the 20 period MA.
Only downside to the Reddit crew flowing in is we might begin to see a lot more volatility.
Obviously this is all based on no new catalysts coming our way.
Forgive me father for I have sinned.
Sold off the position in my Roth and re-bought for a 10% increase in shares!!
Wonder if we get a resumption tomorrow or are due for a little more cooling off......
We'll see what tomorrow brings but it seems like it might have been too expensive.
I'd hate to be holding those .35 bags.
Low power is the real draw here, imo.
We can throw "MORE" at a problem to improve bandwidth but datacenters are concerned with power draw. Every watt utilized is another watt that needs to be cooled.
Alpharidge Capital has applied for custodianship
Couldn't be dropped at a better time.
Schwab as well
Custos are hot right now. This was an insane run. They haven't even been granted the custodianship. Old management could come out of the woodwork and gum up the works. Moody\Denunzio had it happen to them in fall with ILIM and share price collapsed after they bowed out. If they are assigned as custodians I would reevaluate an .18-.2 PPS.
The PPS appreciation is insane for a shell where the only thing that has happened thus far is a court filing. NONE of their shells have run like this before on announcement.
OTC has a low float listed but we will see what the truth is once this starts to come alive. 300M+ O/S and 6M float means there are potentially a lot of shares sitting out there.
I understand that. Simply trying to complete the circle on the thread and arrive at a shared understanding.
Not so sure about that. I don't think LWLG would be subject to Limit up Limit Down halts.......
I may be incorrect but I don't believe OTC has level-up\level-down halts.
Edit - That was a heck of a leg up, though.
I was in SENY but late to that party. Unwound about 40k shares over the last week for 140%-ish profit. Still have some shares for whomever merges in. I'm holding a big position in KAVL which has been taking a beating lately.
Thanks. Made $200 flipping for a nickel. This went bonkers. I've got a bid in ~.07. This is way too expensive, imo, before they've been granted custodianship.
OTC has a tiny float listed but the O/S is sizable in comparison.
Care to share the alert?
How'd you find it so quick? I just lucked out creeping on the court's website.
We can't up-list to Nasdaq without another independent board member.
With the departure of Carolyn Hannigan KAVL does not meet the corporate governance requirements for independent directors.
Thanks. That's what I was thinking and hopefully they had the foresight to go that route.
Private placement?
What is the process for up list with regard to the actual steps?
I am familiar with the criteria. What isn't clear is if the application can be submitted in anticipation of meeting all of the criteria or if the criteria must be met before applying.
With the former everything could have been rubber stamped already and now that we met the bid price requirement we could up list in a week.
Dividends could come fast if they will have the margins and free cash flow that people are predicting.
Edit - And by fast I mean 4-5 years.
Roger that. Look into the other ticker I messaged you about.
I'm not worried about KAVL long term...... I did have to reset my expectations re: timeline however.
Appreciate it.
I agree with your sentiment. Buddy of mine told me to check it out after it sniffed $2 in January. Read the most recent 10K/Q cover to cover and knew there was something here. Opened a position last Thursday at $1.45 (perfect timing) after doing some more reading.
Upset I didn't capitalize on the dip to 1.15ish in March.
Definitely happy to hold this for a very long time.
This is the problem with message boards..... It's impossible for people to follow conversations and people will hit reply to the newest message rather than creating a new post.
My original post
It most certainly is not a "fact." It's pure speculation. There's hardly any volume so all of the "selling" could be adequately explained by traders.
We are long on the stock but there are day traders, swing traders and shorters that are all playing their own game. At last count there were 2-3k shareholders of record. That's 2-3k people with their own motives holding or moving in and out daily.
So what did I miss?
The post made mention of "devices" being analogous to transistors on a traditional chip. Moore's law was also referenced which at the end of the day is referencing increased density over time thanks to ever shrinking lithography capabilities.
Am I totally off base interpreting the example provided?
Admittedly I don't know the ins and outs and outs of photonics as I'm not an engineer.
What's drawn me in is the potential for reduced power draw. Every watt saved is a watt that a datacenter doesn't need to provide cooling for. We can always throw "more" at a bandwidth problem but it comes with more power and in turn more cooling. Companies will line up with bags of gold for a product that will let them move a freighters worth of cargo containers on a semi's gas usage.
Got it. So it's referring to product density and how many will sit on a wafer?
First time long time
Just opened a position last week and am excited to see what the future holds.
Slide 41 of the Photonic Integration deck has a roadmap for the different technologies. Contained on the roadmap are "100 devices," "1000 devices," etc.
What does this count mean? Is it production volume, the number of distinct devices\SKUs utilizing the technology or something else?
Probably more of the same but there are no new shells to speak of at the moment AFAIK. They are rapidly closing out the shells that they had so I would expect to see some movement on new shells in the next couple of months.
I am also curious if the proposed SEC rule changes with regards to Pink No Info and shells affects their ability to do business at all.
