It's really messed up not only here but in many stocks. Some companies are trying to fight back. Share Intel is a company that is helping that fight. Still sucks when they play Dirty games.

Well that seems like some Real Bullshit I just witnessed....a friend of mine was trying to sell 15,000 shares for .043 and decided to drop his price after Zero trades for almost an hour.......when he did drop his price to .0392 in the lower end of the spread the mm's dropped the bid to .038
and the ask to .0389......1 or 2 trades went through before the drop....after no action for a while 1 person lowers their bid to get the sell at a loss and the (algorithm or Human ) decides that they need to take more of a loss to get their money back....he asked me will they Keep ignoring his order if he drops it more??? I said doesn't look like you have a chance at a good sell today....

Wow, I sure Hope Management is actually working on stopping the Manipulation going on here....

This designation is made at OTC Markets’ sole and absolute discretion based on an analysis of the company’s annual financial data and may differ from issuers’ self-reported shell classifications in their own public filings. Our analysis evaluates asset composition, operational expenditures, and income related metrics. No action is required by a company to perform the evaluation other than publishing current annual financial information.

In limited circumstances, OTC Markets will consider removal of a company’s shell risk designation upon written request by a company. Please be advised that such requests will only be considered when there has been a material change in financial condition since the most recent fiscal year-end that is reflected in publicly available interim financial statements. Examples include a material increase in asset composition or operating revenues with related financial disclosure as a result of an acquisition or change in control transaction.

This is from the OTC Website and Should Help Anyone Having Difficulty Understanding Why there is that designation for $GDVM. The Company Is Newly Public and Only Has 2 Quarters of Financials Posted. OTC Markets is Not Showing the 2nd Q's Numbers Under Financials After 3 Weeks of them being posted. Looks Like Melvin has to Submit written request with the OTC People Asking for status change using the Interim numbers from the 2 quarters since the New yearly Financials with Veemost Revenues will not be available for 5 months with the year ending 12/31/2023. He May Have Already Done That.... Let's Rock!

They didn't let me get any at 4 but I was happy to Slap the Ask with my small order to see if it could get the afternoon momentum going...they sold me my shares for .0002 cents cheaper than I offered to Pay... I feel that they have been doing that to all of us here when we do slap the ask. I am Curious and would like to hear responses if that is the case.... We Are IN Good Shape I Believe! No Dilution Real Business and Plenty of Catalysts on the Way!!
