i'm problemly wrong because i'm new at this too but here is how i understand it.
aero will own the majority of fccn after the reverse merger. on anticipation of the reverse merger fccn will rise in pps. who knows how much??
than after the merger there will be a possible r/s.
at that time the pps should go up.
thats only my opinion so good luck i'm usually wrong so keep that in mind
and all this is assuming it's all not a scam.
i too am invested in fccn so i'm hoping for the best
good luck
thank you obi-penny
i appreciate your input. and glad you realized my imput was more to get some knowledge as to why the delay, not to be negative on fccn. i too want this to workout for myself and everyone that has a vested interest.
thank you again and may the force be with you.
sorry i've always wanted to say that to someone. even tho its corny. lol
not to be negitive but i worry when they come out with a late filing like this. to me their is no excuse for late filings after all this time. this company was hired for their accounting practice and to bring everything up to date.
what is the problem???
my accountants always made sure i had everything and if i didn't they were on my case until i had.
and believe me my bookkeeping had a lot to be desired.
but somehow they were done on time
just my thoughts
as much as i wish gwgo could be worth anything i'm having a hards time figuring out how that could happen, even if they really did find gold/silver/copper in them there hills.
they have a trillion shares. please someone explain to me how this many shares could ever be worth anything. and please include a example.
i'd like to see gwgo pps grow but fail to see how that could even be possible.
in my opinion they would have to find a trillion dollars worth of metal, whatever type, to be worth anything.
someone please explain to me so i can have a better understanding of whats going on here
just my thoughts and opinions
has anyone read this on another site????
it says mockingbird re-open 8-23-06
and is producing gold (thats how i understand it) seeing that i usually don't know my ash from a whatever.
in any case they give( www.irocks.com/new.html ) as the site to checkout. scoll down. about halfway till you get to 8/23/06
i checked it out and i would suggest someone that has a half a brain cell check it out and tell us stupid people what it means beside the obvious.
it may not mean anything but than again???
i am not suggesting anything because i know nothing about this stuff so just take this as a artical that i found interesting
can someone explain to me what happens with the company now that we've been advised that jimbo is is a crook and sitting in jail? will it continue? will someone take it over and make it a success?
if this is all true, (I aint no brain surgoen) you would think jimbo would know he would get caught. and possibly serve some time in jail. Maybe he wanted to be with other guys. you know what i mean.
will his assets be frozen? i know if he goes to jail his assets might be shared with other inmates.
not that i expect anything back but what happens to the shareholders if the government siezes his stuff?
these are just my opinions and questions. they don't mean much
question???
as a small investor, and i do mean small( most of you big players would laugh at) what can we do to help make the playing field fair?? how can we make this playing feild so we all can benefit?
can we go somewhere and complain? maybe file a complaint.
You watch that video on bloomberg regarding short selling? This is a must watch and could have implications regarding CKYS.

i think i finally understand the deal thank you tally. at least for the next 30 seconds. now that makes sense to me
just being curious i'm a new investor.
the way i think(i do own shares in this) if fccn is going to go up like must of us think, then why is it heading the other way.
why isn't this stock soring on anticipation that we are going to new highs.
would someone sxplain that to me??
i just don't get it.
even being shorted it doesn't make sense to me
.003bid .01ask thats the spread i was told
ok rbl100
out just plain curiousity and i even hate to ask this question
look into your cystal balls and tell me what you see.
what will be the pr"s and what will be the pps etc
did gwgo stop trading?????
i'm just waiting to hear from the attorney general what my next step should be. altho i know already but i really am a little lazy but who knows i just might get a burst of energy an e-mail the sec altho i've done that already
i just sent a letter to the attorney general of arizona requesting information about gwgo
just want to findout how legit it really is
daily progress?????????????????????
is their something i'm not reading about?
o.k. let me ask you, what daily progress??????????????????????
are you in la la land rbl100
they not tell us anything.
as far as peter goes we all know how poorly it was run before peter was promoted to head whatever so i would think that peter would at least let us know he was alive and where gwgo actually headed. at least where he had hope to direct this so called hidden value of a company.
just my opinion
i call, i write. but still get no answers.
their are no updates
peter bezzano never has any sort of news.
they have several address in phoenix arizona
3131 e. camelback rd suite 200
2415 e camelback rd suite 700
phone numbers that dont match
web sites that they say will be updated soon.
whats you definition of soon?? a year???
i even called the transfer agent in colorado.
they have no information.
maybe i'll buy more lol not just thinking out loud just my opinion
i tried googling too
you think this is a real company???
how about a simple and understandable geologic report so we can see whats going on
chucka
i agree with you this thing seems to me as just an old tar pit waiting to die. and plunge deeper into nowhere land.
imo theirs aint nothing here but hype!!!!
Just look at their history do some dd
has anyone gone by their offices in phoenix's
i've tried calling there but their number does not work.
i have two seperate address for them.
one of my clients is going to fly down to phoenix and said that they would check it out.
if anyone has visited please let us know if they really have an office there
o.k. all that understood.
what does that have to do with gwgo. is "gwgo" real or not
if it is real and their is no demand , why isn't their a demand.
i've called the so called office several times, in new york and arizona no one ever answer.
i've e-mailed dozens of times and no reponse.
i'm waiting for peter to indicate something anything besides a 2 for 1 split. show me something concrete.
has anyone see these so called mines or seen any sort of paper work that they exist.
and yes i own shares.
i would think with the movement upwards of gold something might happen, even slightly.
prove to me they r real they can do it.
i've even e-mail steve lumb
no answer either
i see they are working dil-li-gently at update their web site.
whatever happened to that idea of updating and keeping us posted on whats going on??????
oh i see peter the great has taken over.
i see how different he's running things. lol
he's a joke and so is gwgo.
just read my e-mail
where do i send my money lol just joking
how do you sign up for "the Locusts"
i'd like to become a member. you people seem to share a lot i hope i might contribute at some point. right now i don't have a lot of experience but plan on learning as much as i can. so may contribute some too
i have not recieved my share as yet at tdameritrade.
i spent sometime on the phone with the agent there where they spent sometime explaining short selling and who is really at risk, which i realize most of you understood in the first place but i realized after speeking with them my understanding was not correct.
if nothing else i do feel our country would not be going down hill because someone shorted a stock. maybe that individual would if they were all there holding up.
wish everyone luck here
ckys isn't going to come out with any pr's or af in my opinion.
their too worried about how to deal with the sec. and you would think that they would have something to show the sec in the form of proving their accounting process in the first place. if they are guilty i hope they get what the justice systems sentences them to and i hope they do it with a smile.
i hate to be negative, but the more i read about this the more i think things are not looking good for ckys or us as investors.
of course i hope i'm totally wrong.
these r just my opinion and i'm usually wrong.
wait a minute. if i use that analogy why would i listen to myself and buy ckys stock in the first place?
sorry about repeating myself i'm new at this
Ok. that all sounds wonderful. So how does that effect gwgo?
does it have effect on gwgo??
if it does one way or another can you back it up with proof??
i don't like to sound negitive because it doesn't do any good unless you have a solution. so until we here from someone that knows whats going on, like the sec or even jim plant (who could throw some light on this) i'm moving on and licking my wounds.
too bad i really beleived in ckys. i'm sorry to say i can't say that anymore.
i feel bad for the investors that put everything they had up for jim.

Overstock.com Announces Lawsuit Against Prime Brokers
Seeks $3.48 Billion in Damages
SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Overstock.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: OSTK) announced today that it has filed a lawsuit in the Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco against Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, Goldman Sachs & Co., Bear Stearns Companies, Inc., Bank of America Securities LLC, Bank of New York, Citigroup Inc., Credit Suisse (USA) Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc., UBS Financial Services, Inc., and others. Certain shareholders of the company have joined Overstock.com in the suit.
The suit alleges that the defendants, who control over 80% of the prime brokerage market, participated in a massive, illegal stock market manipulation scheme and that the defendants had no intention of covering such orders with borrowed stock, as they are required to do, causing what are referred to as 'fails to deliver.' The suit also alleges that the defendants' actions caused and continue to cause dramatic distortions with regard to the nature and amount of trading in the company's stock which have caused the share price of the company's stock to dramatically drop. The suit asserts that a persistent large number of 'fails to deliver' creates large downward pressure on the price of a company's stock and that the amount of 'fails to deliver' has exceeded the company's entire supply of outstanding shares.
The suit accuses the defendants of violations of California securities laws and common law, and California's Unfair Business Practices Act. The company is seeking damages of $3.48 billion.
'I have a fiduciary duty to defend the company. These manipulative activities have caused tremendous damage to Overstock,' said Patrick Byrne, chairman and chief executive officer of Overstock.com. 'I believe that this conduct is harming our company and our shareholders deeply, and that investors have been failed by those who have a duty protect them. The best way to address and solve the problem is to get it in front of a jury of 12 Californians.'
