I do jump in a few times. I am not defending the company. I believe there have been some missteps. Some rather large and some small. I just prefer that posts here tell the full story and not cut to support the posters belief. Again, the ad indicated the company is trying to "determine". The firm may determine that there is a case and they may determine that there is not a case. I believe the original poster had indicated that there is a case and left out the fact that the firm was still trying to determine that fact.
I do understand what a class action lawsuit is. I am only pointing out the wording in the ad indicates that the firm is still trying to "determine" if there is a breach. I also believe that it does not take a class action lawsuit to start a case. A single harmed individual should be able to file a lawsuit.
It appears that based on the whole sentence that the firm is still SEARCHING for a case. "The investigation seeks to determine whether CytoDyn's directors breached their fiduciary duties in connection with recent corporate actions" This quote from the ad seems to indicate that the firm is still trying to "determine" if there was a breach. That wording would lead me to believe that the firm really doesn't know if they have a case or not.
Can you advise how you ascertain that insiders were dumping? Please also explain what news "relief" means.
You would have to ask Cytodyn why their lease payments went up. A casual observer might assume that when the space in Florida was subleased then Cytodyn increased their footprint in Vancouver and actually saved 3k per month by consolidating into the Vancouver location. Cytodyn was paying 18.2k per month and now 15.2k. Seems logical.
My initial response was to only clarify that based on the attorney website the practice was no longer using the location that Cytodyn is currently at. I was not looking to SEC filings to see where their leases were, how many nor at what cost. I was only indicating that your post of Cytodyn sharing office space did not appear to be correct.
Maybe Steven Thayer occupied that space years ago. Based on my search of his website (updated as of 2023) it appears his address is currently
Steven W. Thayer, PS
112 W 11th St #200
Vancouver WA 98660
I understand what a full inventory write off is. I also understand the difference between a write off for accounting purposes and "thrown in the trash" I will continue to assume that the inventory is still sitting on shelves and not "thrown in the trash" until you post a valid picture of leronlimab in a trash can. I write off certain posters but they still seem to think that they are useful.
I believe that you may be incorrect regarding "thrown in the trash". I believe that Cytodyn wrote off the inventory in the accounting system since it had passed the expiration date of the last study. I believe the expiration date can be adjusted out if studies prove that the drug will last longer than previously indicated. My thought is that they did not "throw the inventory in the trash" but instead wrote off the value of the inventory and left it on the shelf fur a possible update to its expiration date. If you have a photo of the inventory in a trash bin please post that picture. Otherwise, I will assume that I am correct that the inventory may still be useful pending expirations studies.
We shall see if your statement of "In the teens tomorrow! That’s what the overall market thinks." comes to fruition. I am guessing that you will be 100% wrong in regards to todays action.
Because there is an event it does not mean that there is a direct tie to the medication. It is a reporting that requires additional evidence to see if there is a direct tie. "Adverse event means any untoward medical occurrence associated with the use of a drug in humans, whether or not considered drug related" This is directly from FDA.gov.
I also find it difficult for any poster to indicate that there are adverse events with a drug when the poster also indicates that the drug is saline. Seems to be a conflict.
I understand. However, I am still enjoying myself even with you and a few others giving me advice. You should also know what there is really not a thing called a "free" drink in Las Vegas.
Very well. Thank you for asking. Some of us just throw money at different stocks and sit back and watch what happens. Same thing that some hedge funds do. If this drops to zero.....oh well. If this goes to $10....great. Some of us don't get worked up over the day to day news or no news.
I personally sleep well at night because this is just another dart thrown. Hoping it hits the bullseye but not upset if it doesn't.
cheers
So now you are taking what you have pulled from social media, blog, etc. forums and accept it as fact? Seems like you usually want a screen shot or court document or 8k, etc. before you will believe something is true. which I applaud you for wanting to see factual information. However, why are you running with this "fraud" belief with out verification besides some posters indicating so.
This seems to fit your narrative so you you will accept it?
I would rather you asked for screen shots from the posters indicating that they really invested and also a screen shot of their financials showing that they were not accredited.
Interesting. This quote from a recent AMC Edgar filing indicates "and in the event of such future liquidation or bankruptcy proceeding, holders of our common stock and other securities would likely suffer a total loss of their investment;"
So I don't believe that you will receive your request from CYDY or AMC or any other company that will indicate that there will not be a bankruptcy unless there is an exclusion in the statement. Such as the full quote from your AMC example that left out the work Imminent which is an exclusion.
It seems like they agree as with any company that bankruptcy is always on the table. Will it be tomorrow or never? I believe that all posters on this board know that there is not a single company that can 100% say that there will not be a bankruptcy. That is this risk with any company.
I don't believe that any company will say that bankruptcy is off the table ever. Chrysler, Texaco, Lehman Brothers, Sears, etc. have all gone into bankruptcy. There is no way that the mentioned companies nor any other company would declare there will not be a bankruptcy. You are asking for a statement that 100% of companies will never make!!!
I believe that you need to include the full detail from the 8-k. Based on full wording in the 8-k I would lean towards the notion that the word assumed applies to the "purchase price" and not the "purchase" You need to look at the whole sentence so that you read it with context. The wording from the 8-k is "Based on an assumed purchase price of $0.23 per unit"
I will refute one line.
Who in their right mind would purchase at market price if given the opportunity at a lower private purchase price? Purchasing at a lower than market price in no way shows lack of confidence in the company. It shows a prude financial decision and nothing more.
If his confidence in this company is low why even purchase for .26 if he has the view that it will be bankrupt?
Interesting turn of events. This goes from I am all in to this is a water pill.
You had indicated that this is not a company because it does not have inventory or sales. I merely indicated that you are incorrect because lack of inventory or sales does not disqualify an entity from being called a company.
In regard to inventory and sales. This is a pre revenue company. Has the waiting for solid progress taken a long time? Yes. Do I have hope that the day will come? Yes. We do not know how long it will take but I am willing to wait.
To those that indicated that Cytodyn tossed all the inventory into the garbage. I do not subscribe to that belief. Having to write off inventory based on the current shelf life does not mean that they do not still have physical inventory. I believe that they are still accumulating data on the shelf life and the data may indicate that the life of the product is greater than previously indicated. Accounting treatment of assets is different than real life. Assets are written off based on their useful life. However, many assets are useful well beyond that life. Cytodyn may well find out that their inventory is still useful.
I believe that you are incorrect in regards to what a "company" is. There is no requirement to have inventory or sales in order to be classified as a company. I would believe that it would not take long to find many companies that are pre revenue that have zero sales and inventory. This applies to both bio stocks and non bio stocks.
I believe the Dow finished 2022 at 33,147. Your number of 34,600 is about 4.5% too high.
This post didn't age well.
I am confused. What does Dr. Nashwa Aziz-Butler have to do with the website? Where are you getting factual information that Nashwa is tied to compensation from Cytodyn?
What would be the reason to do a reverse split? I do not see any reason to reverse. It does not create a greater market value, it does not add additional shares, it does not allow them to uplist. Why do you think they would reverse besides you trying to scare people into thinking that they will reverse?
Are you predicting that this stock will meet the same demise as CYDY? You had predicated bankruptcy and a price pushing zero a few months back. How is your prediction doing? It might happen but you were pretty positive that CYDY wouldn't make it past July.
It seems like NWBO is down 64% since you indicated that it was lifting off and watching CYDY for fun. What about now?
Since you indicated that you contact the law firm and "I got a reply back." please post the reply back that was received. I and others are curious is the replay back was merely a "thank you for contacting us" from an unmonitored email address.
No post of actual reply back indicating as you indicate "the Cytodyn BOD will be held accountable for their failure to be good stewards for shareholders" will be considered by me as non factual.
Seems like Nature would disagree with you regarding the significance of circulating tumor cells.

I am confused as to your point. It seems like the DOW is up 800 or 2.5% and CYDY is up 15% currently. So what does this due to your "The market is up 800 points and Cytodyn is red! Hmmm" post?
The expectation didn't come through today.
I would expect a large dump of shares within the hour to take out the days gain. It’s the same every day...DEBUNKED
Love your post
This seems like a better source of information for her. It appears to have more information than the one you posted.

Your answer still does not answer the question of where the factual information is regarding Fife selling shares on the open market. We understand he received shares at a discount during the partitioning but we have only seen your opinion that Fife is selling in the open market.
Please provide factual evidence that substantiates your statement that "Fife is selling every share he legally can. It’s now red this morning after a few days of green, which the debt holders are selling into."
Thank you
over 38,000 views today. That is a nice increase in exposure over the 24,000 yesterday afternoon.
Thank you. I appreciate the information.
Was it indicated in the last conference call that Todos was going to air a commercial during the Super Bowl?
I appreciate your responses!!
Perfect response to the question. Profit of loss of the COMPANY divided by the partners equals the profit or loss per partner. In this case I believe that they are indicating a PROFIT per partner. Thus the company would be profitable.
