don't know who you met. but my research says it was owned by 2 guys at least 85 years old who are miners and are just playing with this grow box semi-scam. this stocks history is it will go to about .39 every i8 months or so. 3years ago it went to like 1.79 and than dropped like a rock. i have a bunch of it and its a wing and a prayer deal. good luck
