I focus more on the costs of merchandise and advertising and staff and so and so . Many companies see great revenue figures but when you don’t add in the costs then most figures would sound great . In actuality their spending more than they receive
I personally see all the potential but the world especially in the United States it’s all about who has the connections who has the motivation who has the drive to be the first to get those opportunities that are out their . I see if a company who is driven and motivated will most of the times win the race . What I have seen from the management and the board yes still quite new but still are experienced in knowing how the business world works . Even though David Ojeda has absolutely no background to be a board member he might have motivation that says enough for his actions
My personal experience in prior investments is that companies that announce that they are expecting to see a revenue in excess of 4.1 million it usually means that those were based on the demand they received in interest to being available to the public for purchase because their would be no other way to come up with a figure precise as that amount without some form of upfront payment from some source . So I believe those figures were from preorders prior to being available for purchase to the public
I do recall it was in excess of 4.1 or 4.2 million in revenue . Which I always assume since it mentions excess that it would be above that
I don’t pay much attention to many analysts estimates but when a company announces its expected revenue figure than its a different situation . But I’ve personally never witnessed a company not meet their own expectations usually they tend to low ball the figures so they would beat it
I agree I added that the value of the cell phone patent for the app will provide a long term stream of revenue source but short term it will have no real value . The patent even if it’s pending or not can always be sold to another company and would get a decent amount of money from the sale also include royalties from the sales after selling the product to another company . Their will be opportunities in the future but I focus on what the company can provide within a 3 month period so they can use some of the revenue to pay for labor and manufacturing and so and so costs for the rest of the products . So the balance sheets look healthy
Penny stocks are volatile and very sensitive . So speculation can also have a major impact but also credibility of whether or not a company can produce those revenue figures which were set by them so I can’t provide excuses if they don’t meet their own expectations.
Corporate updates are not really considered News updates with most companies . Also two of the products they had press releases for one the rover which was delayed and not based on the press releases statements when it would be available for public to purchase so that and also the temperature scanners that press release stated they would be available to purchase a week in a half ago and that didn’t happen and still isn’t available for purchase so I would subtract those 3 so we are left with 2 and those other ones if I recall the pending patent will that may bring value long term since they would have to wait until they actually receive the patent rather than pending . So long term value short term no value. Also the car air purifiers well that seems to be months away from even releasing it to public for purchase at the pace they are going at with the launches . So that car gadget if I am considering months away from launching will not have much of an impact value wise since it’s all about which company can produce the quickest and the best quality. So that’s my overall opinion in the quality of the pr
(760) 444-5566 is the one that works the most often
I would recommend calling their office numbers not the customer support
Of course he was paid in shares . That’s why their was the reduction of 100 million shares of the restricted shares . Is he worth it well so far he has not done much to provide value even though he is new to the company he is promoting his own agenda which is for more company boards to use his team to increase revenue and all forms of company expertise. So I don’t see him personally spending much time with the company hands on but is being paid handsomely to
This is what happens when you add dilution to the daily activity it will always drop to convert those shares that are at .014 price converted
It’s Pawson not Paulson . And they should have covered most of their notes that they have remaining just with today’s activity they could have paid off 3 of 4 of the convertible notes
Hopefully they will be able to update the rover page because that it going to be where the company will see contracts from government and schools and restaurants. So very important
Yes it is you speak of flipping as an investing strategy when it’s the riskiest thing to do when your considering pink sheets . It isn’t a healthy and realistic strategy and more of just a gamble like russian Roulette
I have a diversified portfolio like I’ve said mutual bonds would consist of diversification
Congrats on that but does that make it true in most cases . I highly doubt it
Oh like I’ve said if you are talking strictly pinks no absolutely not the case like I’ve said I own only one stock in the pinks and would advice most to stay away from the pinks . But to incorporate that to the overall market and the listed stocks especially blue chip stocks they will always provide people with a profit long term position.
It’s not advice it’s more of the facts from fictions. The facts are quite simple and truly hard to argue about . I live on the facts not fiction
Don’t listen to me I just don’t want a person to twist Warren Buffett’s success and his phrases to how to build a portfolio to become financially healthy. He will not talk anything about what you have said
Better yet go to any financial firm and speak with any advisors about the validity to the statement of the flipping strategy and I can guarantee that you will not hear anyone of them agree or find any substantial strategy in it
You see that is the issue many use that as a phrase to use for flipping by what warren buffet said but put it in the wrong context . Please take time and watch you tube videos of the basics of growing your wealth and portfolio management. He says that to be able to successfully provide with any long term growth in your Portfolio and see biggest returns . By only one and one way that is to choose a stock and position yourself for better or for worse and if your more conservative and need funds it’s always fine to take profits . He never mentioned anything about flipping or buying stocks and selling a day or a week later . Please don’t use his brilliance and try to mix his words . Please watch his strategy that has made him wealthy . He will explain in detail what his investing strategy was and still is . And listen
I am seeing overall gains of about 85k from those positions unfortunately it was much more a week ago but am content with my position. And it would have to go down all the way to .001 and below to not break even
That’s inaccurate to say that flippers makes bank and move on . 99 percent will be lucky to break even because they pick 12 various stocks that are pink and expect one of them to offset the rest of the losses . To think any other way is absolutely false
I agree with that view that’s why I only invest in one otc stock and it’s opti the rest of my portfolio is built around diversified portfolio . Which consist of one pink stock . But don’t dabble with the others in the pink sheets . Too much risk in general especially if your flipping on a daily basis . A weekly basis is more practical .’but would advise against putting entire or more than 5 percent of your funds into pink stocks on your portfolio
Also I have actually watched how this stock moves when the market is up and when it’s down . Believe it or not it has only had a few days where it was up when the market in general was up . Most times it follows the opposite of how the market is doing . My take is that when the markets are down overall many day traders and others will switch to otc stocks so they can see potential gains
The same could be said if someone flips and uses a decent portion of funds the more someone puts into at flipping the more they have to loose . And flippers don’t tend to accumulate much profits to sustain any form of long term growth . I’ve personally never met anyone who has managed to successfully accomplish it . I recommend looking up the success rate and the risk with flipping
The company has the potential for greatness but I see greatness in that it will be able to compete with other companies that are already great and consistent and that if it can get its act together they are competing in many different sectors which will provide much more opportunities if they take advantage of it and are able to keep their profit margins reasonable and return on equity they can be able to save more money and have a healthy future
Never in my entire investing experience have I heard of the concept of flipping as a smart thing and a strategy because it’s not an investment strategy. As your financial advisors see what they say . Their is more risk in flipping than holding long term . Positioning is the most important thing and the best strategy . I am a long term portfolio growth type of guy . It always seems to pay off big time . I don’t like to gamble with my investment by trying to buy and flip because it seems that most times your left holding the bag and take massive losses .
In general flipping is no form of long term growth . It’s been proven that it’s not a investment strategy and that it will not provide with the increased growth of your portfolio . Just a fact I am sorry to break it . Long term growth comes with long term positions .
Does anyone know the new senior director
I would recommend anyone who isn’t satisfied with the product they purchased provide a review. It’s honestly the only way to have an input on the product
Well the only thing I can think of is when a company wants to get rid of some convertible note holders so the company will reduce the price
I honestly and realistically don’t see a vaccine coming out anywhere in the next few months atleast it takes a while even if they are given fast track priority for drugs . And the clinical trials are nowhere near to being successful or provide any substantial impact
Not even shorts would sell below the bid like this . It’s been happening the past week or so where they absolutely undercutting the price every single time . I’ve personally never seen anything like this
The company needs funds to keep running and operating so they use it for that
Is it due to the price suppression that they have been doing while increasing the consolidation volume haha
I said that this wouldn’t go below .025 and that it would finish in the green . I seemed to be dead on
Come on realistically we will see maybe a dip to the .025 but not beyond that . I am a realist I do believe it will finish green tomorrow and that if the company can consolidate in a healthy way it can run much higher but they have been absolutely detrimental to any form of upward momentum thus far .
So your saying that their can’t be an infection after they clean the place that’s absolutely false . If they would be able to provide a guarantee then they would be able to clean every state from the virus haha
