I've said it before, this won't go anywhere while we have this heavy overhang slowly dribbling out. It might be a good idea for Fortitude to use some of that extra cash and work a deal with the holder or holders to buy back. OTC still shows 4% institutional ownership.
Just from observation over the past year, it appears to me that this has not moved in price because of a truck load of stock constantly dribbled into the market. I'm assuming an Institution
and they are trying to get a $5.70 average. I'm basing this opinion on the large ask size that appear and disappear.
That is a long winded prospectus that was short on positives long on negatives and more dilution. It makes it really hard to warrant a 1500 times earnings share price. It was not that long ago 30 to 40 times earnings was considered very risky. I do not see earnings here anytime in the near future. Maybe years.
The dilution continues.Company management and preferred holders are laughing all the way to the bank while sticking it up the... of the common holders. This co. couldn't make a profit with oil @ $80 a barrel. Now they have major losses yet the party continues. I've been a loser holder since the great PUMP and DUMP years ago (I hate to admit that) and I keep hoping someone will step up and buy this POS.
If this dilution continues I'll never see the $5+ I need from a sale.
It's a terrible thing to be tickled pink to break even on a 10 year investment.
My point was it could have been much worse
First news of reverse said 25 to 1. 1000 shares would now be 40 sh.
What's the consensus here folks? Has everyone given up as a hopeless case.I thought there was an effort to organize S/H.Personally,I do not feel Mitchie and the BOD should get off scot free for what amounts to Pubic Rape.We may never get our investment back,BUT....
JT,I have tried to contact you via email and phone. Can you help?
Watching spot gold trade on a live chart makes me want to pull my hair out.I'm assuming the 30 min.cycles I see are the trading bots sucking millions or billions of out of the markets.I think trading software should be illegal. If I had one I guess I would change my mind.Anybody have an extra.
What are you basing your assumption on? Are you involved with the co. in some way? It's become a free money machine for select individuals and families in my opinion. All at the expense of the common investor. They can't possibly play with the big boys if they are delisted. Another thing that bothered me was on the day of the series B conversion the stock had been trading @ the $1.38 to $1.40 area, then suddenly at the very last seconds of the day a small sell @ $ 1.12 sets the conversion price.Don't get me wrong as I made the bet that they would become a big boy and still have hope.
I see Mr. Michie just gave himself 15+ million shares for accrued compensation. Why would he give himself near worthless stock?
There is only two scenarios that I can think of that would be beneficial. #1 Getting the share price up to a .75 to 1.00 range, which I do not think will ever happen. #2 100 to 1 Reverse split
and sale of the co. Thoughts anyone?
I believe WNDW could revolutionize the solar industry if they can get their products to market.BUT,as a general observation, when I see a major run-up in stock price on relatively low volume, major dilution is just around the corner. Obviously they are going to need a .... load of cash to get to market.
Q2 should be out this week or next. Maybe a surprise coming. This is from the last PR.
The company expects fiscal first half 2014 net sales to well exceed $1 million, and increase more than 20% compared with fiscal first half 2013 sales of $863,995. Fiscal second quarter 2014 sales are expected to increase 40% compared last year's fiscal second quarter.
