Running where ? All my shares are free restricted divi shares.
I do not see how further media attention will benefit us one bit. Imo, there is no need, at this point in time, for this type of revenge.
Let's hear all sides of the story first, to get a better picture.
We want the ONYI company/shell to stay as viable as possible, so we can have something of value when restriction ends.
Why start to sabotage something we own ?
I would expect an 8-k any day, if leadership has changed. Also to notify who is filling empty board seats, left by departing USSE 8-k.
You can look at leadership change, if it occurred, in 2 ways. 1. They did intentional fraud and are out. or 2. They made unintentional filing mistakes, or did nothing wrong, or there were problems with the shell before they got it, but want to temporarily step aside while things are investigated.
We just have to wait for a pr, to get their side, and see. We will know soon. Either way, stepping aside quickly is good, to protect as best they can, the OTC-BB status of ONYI.
Personally, I have liked Chris Mcgovern, and hope he was not involved with any wrongdoing, and can stay on. He is the reason I bought JMCP - from the first day he took over.
USSE - Alchem, not Alcar probably did the emmission analysis. I think USSE mis-spoke on the call, or was misunderstood.
I think Alchem did work for them before.
New management ? SEC extension notice filed by Lynn Richter, President

Question.
The late filing notice was signed by Lynn Richter, President. Does anyone know why ?
Late filing notice signed by Lynn Richter, President. Does anyone know who she is ?
Ignore is a good idea. I just did the same.
Perhaps we are seeing a trasnsition from an under-funded comapany which needs to rely on share price to stay alive - to a well funded company which is not at all interested in the near term share price.
Could be. Can't deny it's possible.
But ACMG is still on Reg Sho short list.
Han, why do you think thew blew it off ?
Why else intentionally destroy your company, and stock ?
If an error, we will know in the morning. If not an error, it's intentional. And if intentional, those are the only reasons I can think of.
I the goal were to pump the stock, they would have shown up.
Right... Otherwise, they do the dividend, and the shorters come roaring back with double vengance, on both stocks, ACMG, and ARTL-New.
I do not think it is coincidence that the missed interview occurred on a Monday, and the first trading day after the dividend record date. This would be the best day to tank a price on fear. And if I wanted a furor over a missed interview, MN1 would be the best candidate. It is by far, the one most likely to create hostility toward the company, and drop the price on a missed appointment - just what happened.
The main reason I can think of, to miss the interview, and not call to cancel, is to tank the price. And the only reason to do that is to aid the buyback, or if a deal was cut to allow a major shorting group to cover and agree to go away. Buying back a vast majority of the float, at a low price, is difficult. You need to create panic.
The only other explanation is Alex, or someone he appointed to do the interview, forgot about the interview. If this is the case, we will see a PR in the morning. If no PR, I think it was done on purpose. If they just changed their mind, they would have cancelled, in advance, with MN1.

My gut feel says we'll not see ANYTHING tomorrow. Same silence.
Today's "no-show" was a part of the game to drop the price.
I'm sure Siam started buying shaking weak hands.
I still believe the good Dr. However, we all should understand he is not independent any more. If Siam and their 55% are real they play the game.
Another scenario is we are getting fu…d. But, this is too simple, IMO
Thx JJ. I will. I also just dug up a contact # for the transfer agent.
I still did not get the BVYH shares, from the NPSC reverse, in addition to waiting on the DSKA shares.

This company should fulfill it's promise of the 100 shares to us, if they want us to trust them and invest more.
I would hold my 100 shares.
But I would never consider buying any more until the company lives up to it's first promise. Starting out by being dishonest with investors, on it's public debut, is not a good sign.
This is a very low float stock, and continues to trade as such.
This amount of dilution is very small and controlled for a developing pink. The effect on eps will be trivial. However, it may have increased the float since the year end 2006 report. We do not know if these shares were free trading, or restricted.
I get worried when other companies double the O/S in a week.....
O/S ownership, and # shareholders.
Re: post below by Stushy, you can own any percentage you want. There are rules for people who own over 10 percent of the O/S in a reporting company, OTC-BB, or higher. SEC forms 3,4, and 5 apply. There are no requirements that I am aware of for pinks.
Also, on another point, when reviewing the # of shareholders, understand brokers hold shares in street name. So, many customers of a single broker may appear as 1 name. There are probably many more than 300 shareholders, unless they got their counts from NOBO/OBO lists, then 300 would be correct.

Any laws stating a shareholder cannot legally own more than 10% of a public float or is that O/S?...Not to familiar with all the laws.
I am not a flipper, actually I do not post often, Ihub boards have too much drama for me. But I do read many posts.
I can promise you I am in this for a major increase. I will not be selling for a double or triple. And by the time we get news, I may have 30% of the float.
We all are in that boat at times. I think the important fact is the obvoius low float here, and that the board as a whole has a good part of it.
When we get a PR with actual consistant revenues, and profits, this should launch.
I will check buyins, I do not think the monthly numbers are cumulative, so in the last 2 months 2.5 million shares were sold short, although many were probably covered days later.
The fact remains, this is a very low float stock.
I have 20% of float, so then, the 3 of us have close to 50% of the float
HCPC Short data.
Not on NSS list, but with low float (mostly held by posters here), I think these numbers are significant.
I subscribe to Buyins.net, for short data. Here is the info for HCPC
Report Month ..... Short Volume (Shares)
03-2007 ..... 1,550,072
02-2007 ..... 1,105,697

12-2006 ..... 77,955
11-2006 ..... 14,592
PGPM. Looks like an option ??
I do. But there is no data for RGNO. When I try to bring up the detailed short report, I get a blank screen. Buyins is hit or miss for pennies. They do not post detailed data for many. RGNO is not on Buyins daily naked short list.
Notice in the pr from Wednesday, they refer to ARTL Inc., and ACMG Inc.
Today's pr has the ACMG symbol in bold, specifying a traded symbol, and ARTL is not in bold, refering to the company name ARTL Inc.

Maybe I should not of called it a shell, but they could merge their assets into an existing otc-bb company.
UVCL for instance, is an OTC-BB with no activity, actively looking for a merger partner.
They could merge into an OTC-BB shell. Wouldn't this cause a cert exchange ? It would also get them off the pinks at the same time. There would be a little dilution due to shares kept by previous shell owners, but it may be well worth it.
I emailed Company contact, to find out how many new shares were issued to IBIE owners, after the reverse split, and to confrm new share structure, including all restricted, preferred, and any conv debt. - but no reply.
I sold all shares well before the reverse split, and will not consider buying until the answer is known.
Can you comment on future revenue potential, up to 2 years out ?
Any idea how much rev/storefront they might do ?
I just started looking at RXPC, because of this board, so my questions may be premature, I'll ask more next week.
Board question. At current prices, which discussed stocks are your best picks ?
I assume RXPC is one ?
This is the first board I have felt comfortable with. I enjoy the back and forth here, and will continue to post. I find it very helpful to have my stock opinions challenged.... gives me more confidence in the ones I keep.
I guess I am a bit of a gambler. But only when the odds seem to be way in my favor. I am playing with profits at this point.
I just read old posts on CKYS, and there was a lot of very good, on target DD here.
CKYS Ihub board posts from yesterday the 15th. There are many links to the UTAH dept corrections booking info. He was released 2 hours later. You can also see his mug shot.
Today, there are posts with the pacer list of charges.
