LIVE:NASDAQ trades at 4 x EBITDA dirt cheap
LIVE is my favorite short term no-brainer trading at a huge discount with catalysts.
Annual EBITDA of $.40 per share, recent inside buying, small float, and just announced a record month of sales.
In a huge worldwide growth market, synthetic turf.

Sorry error in my last post.

ARCI 4 million float $1.18, 5 new contracts last week.
ARCI is the most interesting low floater out there.
Recycles appliances into scrap metal. Just received $1.7 million credit.
Its main competitor went bankrupt and it has been getting contracts left and right.
Volume picked up yesterday on ARCI. Getting discovered.
How many other 4 million float stocks announced 5 new contracts in a week and had main competitor go bankrupt?
ARCI 4 million float new contracts in 5 states
The main revenue source fort ARCI is scrap metal recycling from appliances.
Whats interesting: Its main competitor went bankrupt so it has been picking up huge volumes of new business. Just announced new contracts in 5 states.
Only 5 million floats and $1.09, was over $3 a year ago
Another low float scrap metal play, IDSA, went from $1 to $3 recently.
Of course I appreciate his input too. That doesn't mean his statements, or anyone elses shouldn't be open to debate. These boards are useful for discussion but everyone needs to use year own judgement.
Lot of examples of stocks trading 2 or 3 times the float in one day. Look at AMDA as a recent example. Or SPHS last fall.
These stocks didn't show significant increase in institutional holdings afterwards.
Any way good luck.
Your assertion makes no logical sense. I have seen many cases where a stock trades 2 or 3 times the float in one day. Does that mean institutions bought 200% to 300% of the float?
While I am long and appreciate constructive input, your statement about institutions soaking up 20% of the float is not factually correct. If it were we would have seen 3 or 4 SG13 filings.
Why is it weird trading?
ARCI has a tiny float.
Hard to believe anyone would consider this little blip worthy of profit taking on a stock
that has publicly stated business is booming because largest competitor went bankrupt.
BIOD up 10% on awful day to.28 cents.
60 cents per share cash, no debt and a significant catalyst in Q1.
Thanks. Why do you think DTV settlement will be soon?
DCTH up 20% looking for continued strong move into January.
DCTH has a low float and several catalysts in January February.
With the January effect I think DCTH could easily go to $1.
I love opportunities like this when stocks get crazy cheap. Picked up a ton today to lower average cost to $3
You sound like Donald Trump. If it was that simple to get a 100 MM settlement, he would have done it.
I mean kbio momo
SGNL up after hours $.89,
$1.4 per share cash.
Low float stocks could move tomorrow with KBIO mom.
Institutional year end is October 31. They often sell before then for tax purposes and buy back. That's why November is strongest month for stock s.
With tax loss selling over VRNG could move violently to the upside. Many near term catalysts, and a brilliant aquisition.
Gee it couldn't be because it's undervalued could it?
we just got great businesses for dilution
Actually good news. Conversion ratio will probably be about 25 to 1 for remaining convertible shares so less than 700 million fully diluted shares.
So when are final results expected
Thanks
Good news on BIOD this morning. With $.71 per share cash, this one is undervalued.
Hello. I just got into VRNG as a trade and am trying to get more background on the legal issue.
Could you provide more clarification on this for a new investor?
IMO Kaplan and his clerks are authoring his Order and it will be ready for entry subsequent to the hearing, which I expect could occur before the end of the month, but you never know. I expect he may very well rule from the bench at the conclusion of that hearing. Oral argument, if granted, will likely not affect his decision in the slightest. Should be a very good day for VRNG when that Order comes out.
What hearing are you referring to? What is the purpose of the hearing?
What are the possible outcomes of the Order, and what is the expected outcome that you refer to that would be good for VRNG?
Thank you.
Not holding my breath for an answer.
What news is that? Do you have inside info?
No sir. OXGN cash burn is extremely low. At least 1.15 per share will be reported in November 10Q.

Thank you!
Court ruling for or against VRNG. Is there a consensus view from the Board experts?
OXGN trading under cash value with two Phase 2/3 studies. Another catalyst in a few weeks:
Phase 1b/2 pazopanib/fosbretabulin combo trial: Results from the dose-range portion of this trial being led by The Christie NHS Foundation Trust will be presented at the European Society of Gynaecological Oncology taking place October 24-27. Why is this trial exciting? The belief is that is this could be a very effective combo treatment given that fosbretabulin effectively targets the cancer blood vessels that are newly forming near the center of the cancer while pazopanib targets the more established blood vessels that fosbretabulin doesn't address
ANY reason to believe final float will be below 1 billion shares?
Some posters here and on Yahoo referenced a possible "cap" around 700 million but have not provided any clear evidence or explanation for existance of such a cap.
Not holding my breath for answer on the 750 million. The AEZS crooks way to stup to put in a cap on dilution.
Where is 750 million cap referenced thanks.
ALL negatives have been priced into XGTI. It is trading at cash value. The patents alone are worth $2 per share imo.
XGTI best buy for November small cap runup. XGTI has a very high beta and a history of exploding on news. With the tiny float it could hit $2 in a nanosecond.
Kind of a silly post.
Of course they would pr finalization of Huawei but original pr said 30. days.
The nasdaq listing extension is all but automatic.
Anyone with plain language reading skills can ascertain that the scope of the Huawei infringement is a zillion times greater than the ATT case.
PR this morning. SPEX and Huawei signed an MOU to settle thats all we know.
SPEX will go on a huge run imo.
According to 2014 PR the patents affect most of Huawei $45 billion revenue.
Yes Chinese multinstionals CAN settle
Huawei and SPEX settled Friday
should be PR Monday Am.
