Cheap stocks do one thing...they get cheaper. Look at the crash in the share price.....enuf said.

You will notice that all of these shit bag companies say things like: "We intend to, we are working on, we plan to..." they rarely if ever say we HAVE completed a contract or we HAVE made a revenue generating sale.

Watch out for the BS...every time they suck in some poor traders with their "intentions" and not their "reality".

The shorts will cover at zero. They wait till these sorts of names just die away. That birdman is back touting it means he is now getting short, or has been selling a long, or otherwise doing something for which he is famous. Following him is a way to go broke. PRED, PRTS for example.

...and yet he keeps pumping the name. Probably was shorting into his tout, got caught, or threatened, and maybe he decided to leave America as an escape.

Is birdman still pumping these shares? Posted elsewhere, everything he touches dies. Maybe he is short and sells into every pump. Could that be possible? He "says" he owns shares, but they only go down. How can he not be broke if he owns all these stocks which just go lower and lower?
Seems odd...and then he moved out of US jurisdiction. Can he be charged if he lives in Asia if he was committing a stock crime?

Holds true that every time the bird man gets involved that there is nefarious play going on. PRED is just another example of this. He sure has a nose for ferreting out scams, jumping on board and burying his followers by pumping while he is getting out.

Did some research on this company way back when and saw there was nothing there. Labs were just a front, financials were a mess, and company had no cash.

But people still believe they will deliver test kits any day now, and then start a buy back.

The Company. NOT the shorts, which you can be sure have done their homework (obviously, given where the price has fallen to) nor the Market Makers. The SEC is concerned that the Company lied. IF they did, and it appears likely given that they have not delivered on their promise, they are in serious trouble.

Pro shorts were in the stock. They are not stupid and recognize companies which have no future when they see them.

The share price tells you everything you need to know about this company. Longs will likely sell in arranged trades to cover any remaining shorts. Price? You probably don't want to know.

IF PRED had something going on, as in a delivery of product, someone would know about it and the shares would be trading much higher.

They aren't. They didn't. So you can draw your own conclusions.

Except that would be inaccurate if you think i am short the shares...or long for that matter. I just find the whole thing entertaining to watch. Seen this type of scam play out many times. Always ends the same, but some still think they are on to the next coming of Jesus Christ.

Other than Bird Man constantly talking about the supposed shorts, what makes anyone think there are meaningful shorts left in this stock?

So, nothing today. Perhaps tomorrow.

Clearly they are having a conversation with somebody. Could be about Chairman using (worthless?) shares to secure loans. Or Board has new info which would violate loan covenants. Or company is having a conversation with an investor. Or company is arranging some sort of public funding.

Regardless, they wanted the shares halted so the investment community wouldn't speculate, or act on rumors, or half baked news. Once they have something to say, they will say it, let investors digest the news, and then start to trade the shares again. When? Might be a day or two, might be a month. China behaves mysteriously, but i would guess sooner rather than later unless they are taking the shareholders out the door and completely recapitalizing the company. But i doubt that to be the case.
