Nightfood Nestle “Matchmaking Initiative”.
It appears that many NGTF investors are disappointed in the PR today. They don’t seem to “get it”.
The airline amenity test is actually a Nestle “proof of concept” test.
Assuming the test provides positive results - NGTF could potentially gain an investment from one of the largest CPG’s in the world.
Proof-of-concept phase between Nightfood and Nestlé START and CO. Iberia.
Nightfood and TAP to Offer Nightfood Cookies as Proof-of-Concept Test With Nestlé START and CO.
"Nightfood was a finalist in the Nestlé START and CO. 2022 program and selected to move to the proof-of-concept phase. START and CO. 2022 is the 4th edition of an initiative that results from a partnership between Nestlé and Nova School of Business and Economics, and the objective is to identify and select startups that want to grow by exploiting synergies and thus create new paths and future businesses in partnership with Nestlé.
The data collected will be used by Nestlé START and CO. and Nightfood to evaluate consumer attitudes related to nighttime snacking and sleep-friendly nighttime snacks on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean, and to identify potential opportunities for partnerships and/or international expansion of the Nightfood brand.
START AND CO. 2022
"The previous editions of this partnership between Nestlé Portugal and Nova SBE have already resulted in 31 pioneer projects such as Buggle, Fidufoods, Goodbag, Macco Robotics, Petable, Phamo, and Progrow, among others, which continue to accelerate and collaborate with Nestlé in new business models, digitalisation of systems and online learning academies, both at an Iberian and European level"
PRESS RELEASE
IMO NGTF is in for a Fantastic 4th quarter.
The announcement of what I believe will be a successful amenity test will be a game changer because of 3 simple words - Proof Of Concept.
Which airline is handing out cookies on their overnight flights to Europe....we will find out soon enough.
Get ready....those of you who are trashing NGTF are about to "eat crow".
Anyone flown to Europe from Miami lately? Word on the street is that NGTF has cookies onboard one of the airlines?
Some decent share volume last week? You know what that means?
NGTF will likely have a PR this week…..let’s see if it has anything to do with Aimbridge Hospitality?
Watch & Learn.
Later peeps!

DEVELOPMENT PLANS
Page 16
In September, 2022, because of our successful sales results across that first hotel chain, that company indicated that Nightfood will be added two of their additional chains, comprising over 3,000 additional properties, with the introduction planned to begin in October, 2022.
IMO;
IMO that would be both Hampton and Garden Inn's which are the only two HILTON chains that exceed 3000 locations. Let's wait and see shall we?
New Investors see BS alright...
For anyone new to the board I recommend that you take some time to read over the last 30-50 posts and decide who on this board is concerned about NGTF's pending success within the hotel vertical as who is looking to declare it in advance.
I am clearly LONG NGTF and believe that Sean Folkson and his team are onto the next big CATEGORY in the F&B space - Sleep-Friendly Nighttime Snacks.
As Sean has said on many occasion.....it is "inevitable".
Just wait a few more months for the PR's on the First International Hotel Company partnerships and maybe even a "brand exploding" relationship with a major airline?
Perhaps you should listen to those who provide accurate information and not just opinions?
Your call.
Lane Murphy would not risk $770,000?
MAST HILL FUND, L.P seems to believe that Nightfood is succeeding within the hotel vertical?
Why else would Lane risk this much money?
Securities Purchase Agreement and issued and sold to an institutional investor
On September 23, 2022, we entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement and issued and sold to an institutional investor, a Promissory Note in the principal sum of
$700,000.00, which amount is the $644,000 actual amount of the purchase price plus an original issue discount in the amount of $56,000. In connection with the issuance of the note, we issued to the investor warrants to purchase 2,800,000 shares of our common stock at an exercise price of $0.225, as well as returnable warrants to purchase 7,000,000 shares of our common stock at an exercise price of $0.30, in each case subject to adjustment. As a result of the transaction, our existing lenders triggered their “most favored nation” clause which resulted in their existing notes receiving some of the same terms and conditions we granted to the new investor’s notes and warrants.
The proceeds from the sale of the note and warrants is expected to be used for business development, working capital, operations and required debt service.
Nightfood to enter OVER 3,000 additional properties
In September, 2022, we were notified by the global hotel company that launched us into our first national chain in May, 2022 that they now are planning to introduce
Nightfood into multiple additional chains comprising over 3,000 additional properties.
The timeline communicated to us was that introduction into the additional chains would begin in October, 2022, although we can give no assurance that such timeline will not be pushed back, either by the hotel company or their individual chains.
This decision was made as the result of strong relative sales velocities, meaning sales of our products compared to our competitors in the same hotels were, on average, strong and competitive. This includes leading legacy brands of ice cream pints such as Haagen Dazs, Ben & Jerry’s, Blue Bell, Baskin Robbins, Talenti, Halo Top, and others.

Why would one hotel order 120 packets at one time? They obviously know it will sell. Otherwise they would have bought 1 or maybe 2 cases? IMO.
He shares his opinion and what he believes and goals - not material information.
"post sales numbers"
Why would the CEO of a publicly traded company suddenly "post sales numbers" outside of the required financial reports?
Anyone who knows anything would instead what for PR's that provide guidance to not so much the sales numbers, but more importantly IMO the status of the category formation.
A PR that perhaps suggests that sales are such in the initial chain that the initial International Hotel Company is looking to expand Nightfood availability into additional chans? (PLURAL)
Maybe you should read this last paragraph of the most recent PR over and over again?
"Nightfood ice cream pints were introduced into national hotel distribution in May 2022 as the result of a successful 2021 pilot test with a leading global hospitality company. This Impulsify sales data aligns with information previously communicated to Nightfood management by their hospitality partner regarding Nightfood’s early success in hotel retail and upcoming plans for expansion into additional national hotel chains".
Not really.
The ZIP Codes were part of the map.
But not every ZIP Code was a Homewood suites.
Nightfood is going into much more than just extended stay hotels.
They are looking to become industry standard and I personally believe they have a very good chance of doing so.
These are not "possible" $NGTF product selling Homewood Suites zip codes;
More than 90% of these zip codes HAVE a Homewood Suites selling pints.
Call one and fine out?
Information was gathered from this map provided for a short time on August 7th on Nightfood SM site by the CEO.
NB: Link is no longer live due to updated URL.
Due Diligence is a process;
Homewood Suites Zip Codes
How do we know what we know?
Who do we trust is telling the truth on this board?
Maybe you are right and there was NEVER a successful hotel pilot test, and perhaps Nightfood has NOT been launched into over 300 Homewood Suites, or maybe the initial IHC is NEVER planning of expanding Nightfood into additional chains?!?!?
If your assumptions are true then as far as I am concerned Sean Folkson must be one of the best salesman on the planet?
Because Nightfood has partnered with iDEAL Hospitality, Impulsify, GrabScanGo and a VERY large GPO all "buying HIS story" on the information of the 6 months pilot test being a success?
Or maybe you are incorrect and the SEC filings contain factual information?
These 300+ zip codes have me convinced that Nightfood is months away from something BIG happening.
Interesting how many of these zip codes have a Homewood Suites that is currently carrying Nightfood ice cream?

I said I did….so I did.
Let’s just say I now have a nice round number of shares and leave it at that shall we?
Actually I bought a shit ton of shares today.
Nightfood could soon take flight with airlines?!?......Booyah!!!
Sean Folkson made it VERY clear today that If/When Nightfood gets cleared for take-off with an International Airline they will be ready with a 25 gm single cookie in a sleek looking packet for those "red eye flights" to Europe........or maybe just a Domestic Airline from the West Coast.
IMO you would not have spent the money on designing the packaging with Josh White from OffWhiteDesign unless you had a high degree of confidence in landing a PO?
See package design shared by Sean Folkson on company SM site.
Cookies are Soft and have plenty of Chocolate Chips
So I received the three pouches of cookies last night and I could not be happier.
Full disclosure - I am not much of a "cookie guy" - but managed to scoff down about 4 or 5 before wifey took them off me - these will sell.
They are soft and have plenty of chocolate chips - not quite as moist as I imagined - but legit all the same.
Nice job Nightfood Team - get ready!
Please help those of us less educated than yourself understand what part of that was deceitful?
All of information in your post is taking place.....just in a much longer time frame than anticipated?
The decision on the initial launch into the FIRST extended stay was NOT within Sean's control and arguably the team at Nightfood thought it would have been in the last 3 months of 2021 - but that didn't happen.
What deceit?
Too late mate.
It has been selected.
Are you suggesting that the Nightfood HAS NOT been picked up by two of the world's largest IHC's?
You wish!!
NGTF IMO is very close to being announced as “Brand” or “Company” standard at one of the top 5 IHC’s.
The rest will follow.
Take it to the bank!!
TWO IHC's getting scammed??
So let me follow the logic on this "thought process"....... some believe that Nightfood is a "scam".
If that was the case, why have two International Hotel Companies "launched" Nightfood into some of their hotels (in one case 300+ locations) and are now planning expansion into additional chains which could/will number in the thousands of properties?
Are some perhaps implying that Sean Folkson (as brilliant as he is), has somehow managed to convince cooperate level executives of multibillion hospitality companies to buy his products even though the entire thing is a "scam"?
Talking of scams......Is the earth is round or flat? Did man ever landed on the moon?
If Nightfood is a scam why have some spent the last 3 years trying to convince people of this without success?
"The Market has no idea?!?"
Anyone who thinks that the average investor who makes a 5% gain or loss here or there with Nightfood has any idea about the BIG PICTURE is IMO clueless!
Let's just watch what happens when Nightfood announces the upcoming expansion in additional national hotel chains.
At some point the other International Hotel Companies will say WTF?
And the Sleep-Friendly NIghttime Snacking Category will be born.
Impulsify numbers DO NOT LIE
NGTF announced that independent Impulsify sales data across a subsection of qualifying hotel lobby marketplaces indicate that Nightfood ice cream pints are outselling Haagen Dazs in over 40% of the hotels in a 24 hotel data subset.
100% of the hotel properties in the United States which feature Impulsify’s point-of-sale tracking system and which offered Nightfood plus any other brands of pint ice cream during the months of July and August 2022 were included in this analysis. Several of the largest hotel brands in the world are represented among the 42 hotel marketplaces that qualified. Hotel locations where Nightfood was the only brand of ice cream pint available were excluded from the data set.
According to the data, Nightfood pints represented 32% of all pint ice cream sales in the 42 qualifying hotels. Haagen Dazs led the way with 39% of pint sales. The remaining 29% of the sales consisted mainly of Blue Bell, Ben & Jerry’s, Talenti, Halo Top, and Baskin Robbins pints.
In the 24 hotels that sold only Nightfood and Haagen Dazs pints, Nightfood had higher sales in 10 of those locations, Haagen Dazs outsold Nightfood in 13, and one location had identical unit sales for the two brands.
“For an emerging brand to capture such a large percentage of sales so quickly indicates our unique sleep-friendly value proposition is resonating powerfully in the hotel environment,” remarked Nightfood Marketing Manager Simon Dang. “This volume is not the result of advertising or price discounting. It’s simply about having the right product in the right place at the right time. Our goal is to be the top-selling snack in the hotel vertical in every category we enter, and we think it’s just a matter of time before we overtake Haagen Dazs in ice cream pints.”
NGTF PR Sep 13 2022
Cookie margins will melt ice cream #NGTF
The CEO is currently keeping quite on the margins of both the NIghtfood ice cream and cookies that will be sold within the hotel vertical.
What do we know so far per the CEO in September 2021 about the ice cream margins?
"Our cost of goods is approx $1.40"
"we sell at wholesale to the distributor for $3.25"
How much is the cost of goods on a packet of cookies?
What is the wholesale price?
More information to come - but IMO the simple fact that Nightfood does not need to pay for cold storage for cookies or chips or candy will be a game changer in the margins.
And yes....those margins will be "taken to the bank!!!!"
Cookies Cookies Cookies!!
Nightfood CEO Sean Folkson announces at 2:58pm today that Nightfood Cookies are now "live" DTC on the companies website.
Wanna try them before they become IMO Oprah's "Red Eye Delight"? click the link below;
Nightfood Cookies Order Here!!!!!!
That’s exactly what “the market” will be saying in 6 months IMO.
My position is locked.
They are in the upcoming SEC filings…where else would they be?
Let's agree on what Hype is?
Hype is to promote or publicize (a product or idea) intensively, often exaggerating its importance or benefits.
I am a serious investor in the soon to be CATEGORY of Sleep-Friendly Nighttime Snacking.
And at the moment there is only ONE company that has a chance at being the KING of that CATEGORY.
Nightfood. #NGTF.
IF they land several more national hotel chains with their FIRST International Hospitality Company (IHC) then IMO the CATEGORY is BORN!!
Ready the last paragraph!!
Nightfood Ice Cream Challenging Leading National Brand in Hotel Pint Sales Just Months Into Launch, According to Impulsify POS Sales Data
