One grab sample was showing 4% copper-THAT is solubized copper salts that percolated to the surface-wait till we drill...I really don't care about anything but the copper-this is a copper play,and we found alot of it.

I haven't called the T.A.,but the numbers are in the IBOX as to the A/S andO/S, Have no idea how many shareholders are currently in this. Could be less than 100-one could possibly holk 10k shares and still be in the top 200 when the deadline hits.

After a certain date,the top 200 holders of MMPIW will be allowed to buy into the new company on a pro rated basis. New shares will be offered at $20 per share,minimum $50k investment. I plan to be one of the 200,as they have some fantastic properties in downtown Los Angeles. Getting the "right" number of shares is kind of a crapshoot-you don't know what everyone else is holding;you want to be in the top 200,but you don't want to pay more for current shares than you may need.That being said,it would SUCK to drop 10 grand into this,only to find out you were #201,and stuck with a handful of worthless paper(or in this day and age,electrons)I am adding slowly,but I expect as the due date comes near,there will be an institutional scramble for shares.I'ts like "musical chairs",but with stock. I think holders of MMPIQ that do not plan on investing in the new company will do well in the days to come,as fear drives this market.

They start hard rock mining,this explodes.
