"Event closed" refers to the pretrial conference,which lasted all of 11 minutes. They either pounded out the framework of a settlement,or went in ,pissed on each others briefcases,and walked out. (in my professional opinion.)

That is what they taught me in civil proceedure-the pretrial conference is probably being reset. The defendant tried like hell to have this dismissed,but the judge denied both requests,and set a trial date.There is no definitive language as to the ultimate disposition of the case,and I think trial is too far off for a settlement-hope I'm wrong,and we have a big check in the mail.

FGOCQ has the goods-they would be at 10 times the current PPS if the Obama folks had not axed their multimillion dollar deal with the Chinese.Serious parlay potential..

I have an odd but effective form of DD-I have been on IHUB for years,and have read a million posts from probably 5000 people. I have about 40 of them boardmarked-if there is a stock I am looking into,and I see 3 or more of these folks in it,I usually buy.Am up 147% last year from doing this(apart from Q plays)-Monk is a very good resource,and doesn't make very many bad trades,imho.

We open at $0.45,and the bid is $0.9,and the ask is $0.60. NOT expecting much volume at this rate..

As an alternative scenario,Lebed and SFMI mgmt may have been in negotiations-he starts the pump,the stock doesn't move,SFMI backs out and he quits. They can't come back at him because of the preliminary negotiations....at any rate,he is toast,we are here and about to start casting dore bars from our antique stash of tailings..

2 million shares and change is no deal maker/breaker by any means,but certainly could sweeten the pot for SIRI should a deal get done..

Lebed probably initiated his pump ON HIS OWN,then came LATER to the company and asked for 900k shares to continue it. SFMI told him to stuff it;quit the bullshit,and go away.Such are the musings of my antiquated brain,having gone over the events in question.

If XM had the WRSPQ shares when they merged with Sirius,they probably went to Sirius as they would have been considered assets. I can't find any documentation they were sold...

Apparently a geologist working for Tronox found gold while looking for titanium(Tronox main business is manufacturing titanium dioxide pigment)Didn't tell Tronox about it,acquired the mineral rights to the property in question,got rich,now Tronox is sueing. Don't know if Fitzgerald was the geologist,but this lawsuit has given Tronox(now in B/K)a nice boost in PPS.Do not know how Barrick is involved,or even if they are..more info on the Tronox board.
