You are correct about the misconception judges must be just or fair. Their job is to interpret the LAW for 2 or more parties who are at odds. You may have overwhelming evidence,but if it cannot be presented within the rules of civil/criminal procedure,you loose.I want to thank Ergodoc and company for their efforts,and apologise to the board for not contributing to the equity committee..Over the past year or two,the lovely Mrs Faust has put her dainty foot into the market-I taught her what I could,and she did well-in this case,better than me. Good post. We are in a good position for a junior miner-this is the second phase,the first being the micropenny nobody we were this time last year.We have a real company backing us,one with money and a soon-to-be VERY hungry smelter..

It is frustrating,watching my little numbers drop on this one-I'm averaged about $0.95...but that's the game-do you wait,sell,or double up? This breaks $0.50,I will double up. There is proven excess equity here,including a boatload of foreign holdings not involved in the B/K. Although painful to read at times,this is a good board with alot of seasoned players,and alot of lurkers.As an added bonus,NO resident basher-that is worth $0.25 per share in the Faustian universe.Everybody step away from the screen,relax,and hold for the (inevitable imho)win.

I have noticed the same thing-lotsa companies going Q,but few of the Chemtura/Pilgrims Pride/General Growth Properties variety.Most of them going bankrupt for a reason-they in fact have no assets.
