Secured ceditors obtained what the asset buyer determined the entity was worth. It was liquidation or outright bankruptcy. Either way to the detriment of creditors and shareholders.

Perhaps you were manipulated and held your BioAmber shares, can you thank the board, upper management and certain shareholders?

You have nothing further to lose and No recovery from the BioAmber shares. To reiterate, creditors were not made whole.

The plumitif certainly indicates R2 & R3B confidential on Sept. 14, 2018, plumitif was issued/printed out April 18, 2024. Of course it is in the court record. If you obtain the hearing minutes or the hearing audio it will be there as well.
