Dought it. I personally belive it was the mm that shorted and needed it to recover. What every it was they planded really well we did not have the volume needed and it worked out great for them. But now it is go time depending how Monday goes I'll see if I'm right if it goes down again here is more going on. But I'm new to the otc side enjoying it as a I quadrupled my first investment in a a week with drus.
