This stock needs Viagra. Can’t keep the share price up for anything…
There’s bound to be some profit taking before the May contract is up! Because I am in it for the long haul, I’ll hope for the best for ya!
Thank you for that information. I hope you are able to buy as much as you want before we see more solid gains. This past week’s gains seem to have some staying power.
It’s great that we now have a revenue stream (albeit not as big as the us market) and can go for a couple years without a need for dilution! Best part of this is the low float- hope we keep it that way. I agree that we will hopefully have FDA buy in by the end of the year if not Q1 2023.
Hopefully we will see even greater results in Q3!
Wow! Just peeked in on a Sunday night before bed. So many posts within the last two hours. So many posts proffering negative thoughts on NWBO! (And so many great rebuttals) I am so looking forward to tomorrow and the next few weeks. I bettcha results are close at hand and they will be better than so many of us had ever dreamed! A great new weapon against cancer is soon to become widespread. LP, PLEASE RELEASE THE KRAKEN
A cool down day perhaps before we continue upward I hope!
Thank you for helping to put my position in perspective. It’s a good point to keep in mind the future after TLD. I hope/ plan to have the discipline to remain a real long. Thanks again for your explanation.
Wow, that feels like forever ago. He liked the term “soy boy”? Lol
Sorry, confused, authorizations for what? I thought we were already authorized?
From what I understand there is nothing preventing an oncologist from doing so. Dr Liau cautioned, however, that there may be an exaggerated inflammatory response in some cases which may require a third agent (she indicated that a third phase one trial using the 3 therapies would likely be UCLA’s next step).
I’m so very sorry for your loss Gary.
Good advice. Buy when you can barely stomach it…. Given enough time, the XBI will rise again and people will want to invest in promising biotech! Wish I had dry powder.
Thank you for the information. Trying to increase my optimism!
Hey, we still have our average 25 dollar price target don’t we?
Quite a spread in share price today. What happened to drop it from this morning? Manipulation? Just wondering what others are thinking here?
I like how you are thinking 2 steps ahead! You probably are good at chess? Thank you for the perspective.
I had to laugh at the end of your post! You funny!
I have postulated that they want to keep a lid on things purposely to avoid too much publicity before they feel comfortable telling their story. If they control the story and the timing there of, I have a feeling they will have less of a target on their back and a greater chance of bringing DCVAX to market!
I also still believe at certain times over the past years, they have purposely feigned problems and issues (or simply have avoided fighting back) to keep the wolves at bay. I’m NOT a conspiracy theorist but you can almost see a trend of them shooting them selves in the foot. All of it done for the ultimate goal of saving the company.
I have used the comparison of a killdeer protecting its nest by feigning an injury and luring potential predators away from its family.
NWBO=killdeer (keep everything looking bad until it’s safe to come out)
Wow, impressive DD- thank you for the great information!
I envision the business model like that of Cologuard. It’s all done apart from the practitioner’s office/hospital the process is mailed to the Cologuard lab…
Wow, if that were to happen and Merck releases the interim data indicating such, 1 dollar seems low. I’d suspect the market would then realize the great potential for buy-out. I wonder if Merck would put that information out there?
I agree. More sinisterly, I can see a situation where BP buys into the process, bastardizes it enough so it doesn’t work, creating a negative public view of the therapy-thereby allowing DCVAX to be shelved. NWBO would be smart to hold on to their technology as much as possible!
Well Merry Christmas anyway Mr. Grinch. Us whos in who-ville will still continue to believe!
If they have a favorable outcome, chances are they could get a decent rate borrowing without diluting the company.
My understanding was that they have enough money to last well into next year. Am I correct?
I wish I could say it is just the last few days that has me frustrated. Last few years is more like it. There is so much potential here, yet hardly anyone is taking notice. What is it going to take?
I wonder if a larger suitor is knocking our price down to get a better price on buy out?
I agree. For a company with so much going for it, I hope to see improvement in the sp soon!
Not sure if this has been asked before- What would it take to provide DCVAX direct thru the specials program in the UK?
I’m in the boat that believes that the publication, buildout for production and the approval process are going on simultaneously. Like many have stated before me, what good would it do for them to come out with a “partial TLD” statement that would surely draw criticism from anyone demanding more than just a basic picture? Publishing a scientifically reviewed article in a respected journal takes time and leaves a lot of the time consuming steps in other’s hands (reviewers, publishers etc) but may be a far superior way to reveal their findings.
Also a better option for shareholders because it would presumably offer a more sustained, higher share price.
One could also argue that leaving a protracted amount of time between TLD and approval may not serve shareholders as it may create another “quiet period” which many would find unacceptable!
I’m gonna have a nice Thanksgiving/ Christmas anyway ( and I hope you all do too!)
I would argue that perhaps they don’t own the clock in most of the process?
No, I’m just saying that getting DCVAX to market probably presents an enormous burden on LP and company when it comes to acquiescing to the immediate desires of shareholders vs saving people’s lives. I, for one, would figure that I’d have to live with the guilt of putting immediate wealth (presumably an enormous spike in SP) over presenting the world with a new cancer cure…
One could challenge her fiduciary duty to shareholders possibly with her responsibilities to bring this therapy to GBM patients. I think that this is a struggle that LP must face at every decision. If she put out a lot of information that would later harm the chances of DCVAX approval, she would have to live with that as well. Time will tell if she makes the right decisions but I believe in the company’s decision making until proven otherwise.
Wouldn’t the generic name of DCVAX simply be “autologous dendritic cells” (ATL- DC’s) as the UCLA trial with Keytruda has it? Is there any implications that the product printed on the bag doesn’t mention the generic name placed underneath it? EVERY commercial/ product that I have ever seen/been given as a retail pharmacist has both the brand and generic name of the product being given. Is it because it’s a process and not a product? Just interested in other’s opinions on this?
Sometimes a Sweetheart, sometimes not so much! I love your post. Thank you!
