Well... Doesn't look like Durango will launch in 2021. Groundbreaking was 'on track' in Oct., but we haven't heard anything since.
Odd that the deleted tweet mentioned that it was delayed or cancelled, I forget which. Especially given that it looks like it really will be delayed or cancelled, hope it gets addressed at some point. Things happen, but I think people appreciate knowing.
There appear to be good things happening, exciting to see panel developments, etc.
I still think it's a good buy, but until we hear otherwise, I just get the sense that Durango is not happening any time soon, if at all. Would love to be wrong, but it just doesn't look like it.
2021 was a year of developments. Hoping for some results in 2022!
Good morning everyone, and Merry Christmas!
It's going to take effort, but hopefully we see some funds soon!
The law is on our side, and even if he could, I don't believe Billy's lawyers are going to let him access all the funds until this all gets resolved. They don't want him leaving the country and being stuck covering his share.
Billy can't just write us out because he wants to, or because he thinks this was a worthless company. Whether he likes it or not, we are owners and the courts will see that.
2022 will be a good year!
I'd like to hear your take on this.. Yes, we are common shareholders, but did he not try to issue himself preferred shares?
If we are all shareholders, why did the inventors get funds where not only did shareholders not get any, but there wasn't even an attempt yet to even collect our information from the CO. in Utah.
Not trying to be argumentative, just asking a real question... I don't those facts can be ignored, so I'm curious what your take is in light of those facts. I don't know how one can think all are equal when some have been paid and others not, but I'd love to be convinced otherwise!
Merry Christmas!
I was interested all along. If you'll note, I was the one who reposted your November info as its own thread because I wanted everyone to see it. I thought it was useful info and still do.
I hope everything works out and you're able to find these filings.
Blessings!
Even supposing the contract did say such a thing... Did the required number of directors from a BOD approve the action? Did shareholders have a chance to vote? Were shareholders notified?
Any deal with Bentham that did not follow the proper process could potentially be invalidated, Any contract that allowed him to give them a stake of our share of the settlement to enrich only himself seems very easy to challenge, especially if proper steps weren't followed.
We shall see!
Nice tweet.
Product keeps shipping out, I keep loading up.
Have a great weekend everyone!
SERIOUSLY GUYS???
Who let me pick up 49,000 shares this morning at $0.0211?? I thought it was a glitch at first when I saw my limit order filled. Are ya'll crazy? I mean... Thanks, but it feels like stealing.
Hold on to those shares y'all!
GLTA
Billy doesn't seem to agree with you.
Can these be traded? Am I seeing correctly that someone bought like a penny's worth on Friday? Which represented a 99% drop?
This one looks like fun, I may have to buy 500 myself....
Yeah man for sure.. There are some really good people here and I'm going to be happy to see these folks do well.
I hope to take the family down to South Carolina this summer and meet everyone at the CO, and hopefully there will be in-person annual meetings at some point too. Would love to meet and thank a lot of the folks here.
I know I'm getting ahead of myself a little bit, but I really do think the run is just beginning. Glad to be here for it!
It's been a long time coming but I'm in the green now. Not even going to say how much I was down on paper. It was an embarrassing amount.
I want to encourage all the folks who aren't there yet.. We ran to .09 on nothing last year. This year I think we'll soar past it.
Sometimes people wait for it to 'get back' so they can sell. I'm even and while it's a relief, I believe in this big time and no plans to drop for 3, cents, 4 cents, etc. Have said it before... but just reiterating it now that things have gone well.
A great day and one of many to come. Congrats to all who are here. I really and truly believe that in 6 months to a year people are going to look back and envy anyone who is here now, saying "If only I'd heard about PCTL sooner". I consider myself lucky and blessed that I'm here now and loaded up.
Have a great weekend everyone. Just getting started. Rest up!
uhhhhh.... thanks?
know what you own.
You are such a boss! Hope you get those shares fast.
I agree, we have a lot to thank Gary for. He has taken a bad rap. I had criticisms myself ( only the podcasts, really) but I'd take great financing and great results over a great podcast any day.
Even while I didn't love the podcasts and thought production value wasn't great... I knew that it signified that it wasn't pump or fluff.
Anyway, hope you're able to get your million more today. I think today is the day I go green on this investment and I don't think I'll be red again.
We shall see!
Agree to disagree. Some companies print shares. We've been pretty steady at 970,000,000ish for a while now.
Nick is carrying this company and could bk it if he wanted to.. but he doesn't. He is making moves, signing deals with big companies, etc.
Yes, RI didn't work out, at least not yet, but I don't question the legitimacy of the company or sincerity of Nick's efforts.
Again, most of our debt is to Nick. We owe him $1million in salary, and owe him funds he's loaned.
Anyway, I know he has family and friends who own this and he doesn't want to let them down. While I am not a friend per se, he has written me a couple of times and I get the sense that he doesn't want me to be let down either.
Basically everything you wrote can be summed up as.. SNPW isn't where they want to be. I don't disagree. Where we diverge is that I believe Nick is working his tail off towards positive outcomes, and I hope he can make it happen.
GLTA!
*Should*
Are you saying the company is performing 20% less well than yesterday?
Nope. The market isn't always efficient. Perhaps overvalued yesterday, perhaps undervalued today.. time will tell.... but today's move didn't seem to be caused by anything specific other than the broader drop.
3 weeks before groundbreaking in mexico. If that happens... these prices will be meaningless.
Sheesh! What is happening today? This one is so volatile. Holding for good news.. Hate to see the drops, but it doesn't really change anything.
This stock is a flippers dream. Congrats to you guys who are making $ on this.
I agree with you. It's still dilution whether they sell or not... but I agree that just getting the shares doesn't mean they'd unload them onto the market, and certainly not right away.
Either way, I don't really care what they do with them, I just look at the total outstanding and market cap. With those shares, we'd have about a billion here... A year or two ago, we were looking like we were going to be at 2 billion shares, and so this is.. nothing.
Despite all the delays and setbacks and missed projections, Gary reduced this from what could have been 2 billion shares with no money, to 1 Billion outstanding (potentially) for over $4 million. Whatever he has done wrong ( I was never a fan of the podcasts he did, for instance)... the recent moves cover any wrongs or imperfections from before. We are in a position to succeed and shareholders were minimally diluted to get there. Not bad when you go through years of hiring, delats, R&D, and not making profits.
Frankly, a big lender having a lot of shares is good for 'believers' because if and when they ever sell those, it will provide a discount for anyone who wishes to buy more. I hope that when the time comes, I'll have some funds available as I'd love to load up!
Krag capital can convert to $2.25m into 150million shares
RB capital partners can convert $1.465m into 21 million shares.
That's a potential 171 million share dilutiion.
As of the last filing, total shares out were 795,501,229 "which does not include 204,123,771 shares of common stock reserved against default on convertible debt and 750,000 shares for vesting of executive shares"
This restructure gets us to where I kind of thought we were headed all along.. Right around a billion shares, which is what is authorized. NIce thing is, a year ago we were headed there without getting any additional capital. Now, we are $3.7million richer. Say what you will about Gary, but to be able to renegotiate all those old notes and keep our share count down made us over 3 million dollars, which is essentual right now to expand and capitalize on the opportunities.
Given what we were looking at last year, this is not bad dilution, and it's nice to know we are on solid financial footing. Frankly, I'm not sure how Brett Rosen didn't get a better deal (compared to Krag) but I guess the prospects were a little more immediate when he got in and he was willing to pay a premium.
Anyway, we are a solid company with a great future, I am exciting about these recent developments, and feel that we now have no financial roadblocks to success. Congrats in advance for all who are here.. I think great things are ahead!
2021 will be interesting.. We are scheduled to break ground here within 3 weeks and a couple of days. The company re-affirmed that projects are all 'on track' and has not said anything different since, so we could still have some interesting things happening this year too!
interesting!
wonder if/how our non-glass panels will factor into all of this.
appreciate this, thank you. Blue skies ahead.
REally like the insight about those guys not competing. Hopefully word spreads like wildfire and we're in all of those wells soon. The $2mil sure does help.
REally hope our JV is able to buy up some properties and do this ourselves on some of these wells.
My average is 2.5 cents, I think I'm green before the end of January.
I guess groundbreaking is still scheduled for this month, we haven't heard anything different. Could see a lot of action here within 4 weeks if it's all still on schedule!
All the energy in here.. Nice to see.
I'll be out for the next couple of days.. Would love to see us go parabolic, but all shares I have are locked up, no sells or anything in place and none will be. Dec is just getting started and I'd guess add'l good stuff is on the way..
Good luck all, have a great weekend!
What a great close! And on a day that was pretty bad for the market overall.
Love to see it.. I'm too greedy to sell at this point..
Holding for more good stuff ahead!
Thanks! So much happening here it's hard to keep up! :)
RE The Tweet just now:
"Project Symphony is a joint venture between Western Power, WA energy retailer Synergy and the Australian Energy Market Operator.
It will run until June 2023."
Wonder where SNPw factors in to all of this... Any ideas?
morning everyone!
I have a friend who had bought in a long time ago at some really good prices.. had millions and millions of shares, and sold vast majority within the last couple of days.
I don't 'agree' with that decision (in the sense that I would not have done it) and am holding mine, but do bring it up simply to bring up the issue that there are some big holders who loaded up early and their moves can have a significant impact based on how much they own and can certainly impact momentum.
I believe without these sales we'd be trading quite a bit higher than we are now.. When we think of 'the market' impacting a stock's price... often times with a penny stock like this, it's really one person.
Anyway, this person is now done selling, so whatever drag on the price that caused would be done now. I look forward to seeing how the week closes out.
Good luck all!
That's really awesome man... They do one of those at childrens here in STL and I cry every time... even if it's on a commercial... that I've seen a ton of times :)
Fight the good fight and hopefully it all turns out well.
We could all go at any time, BIlly included. Hopefully someone over there sees the light and ends this in a win/win/win for everyone.... except the infringers of course.
We shall see.
God Bless sir!
How do you know it's amounted to nothing? It just came a couple of hours ago. I don't think anyone knows what it will amount to at this point.
I will say that billion dollar companies don't just sign up with every penny peddler who crosses their path.
Seems strange to not be able to find any potential positives in this.
Nick is always making moves. Love to see this, and I'll bet there's more on the way.
Have held and will continue to do so.. Exciting stuff!
Good morning sir :) Hope you had a great Thanksgiving and that the year closes out on a high note.
Hopefully we see some results here soon!
Thanks for posting, happy holidays to you as well.
I hope December is great but I plan to see this thing through and if December really is great, then the next few months would be even greater.
I really think the secret to penny stock investing is to find the (very few) right co's and then buy and hold.. Apply Blue Chip methodology to pennyland. That's what I plan to do here, we'll see if it works out!
With this facility we'd get paid a fortune for taking on the medical waste. I believe it was like $2000 a ton or something.
The 200 ton a day calculation seems to assume that one is not getting paid to take the stuff in. It's saying it's economically viable at 200 tons without 'onboarding' fees or whatever they're called.
With Medrecylcer, There are no issues with 'efficiency' and creating energy. Any byproduct that can be created and sold is just a bonus, extra, icing on the cake. We'd already be viable because of the extraordinary onboarding fees.
The value is simply that we're getting rid of tons of medical waste and getting paid a whole lot to do it. This is why we wouldn't need a capacity of 200 tons.
Nick owns a bunch of shares and I think those would have more value if we were on the QB.. Even though the reverse was cancelled and no more shares are being sold, it still makes sense. Perhaps if things go well he'll just want to skip to nasdaq-global select or whatever it is.
I'm sure NIck would love to be off the pinks and away from the drama that goes along with it.
I have always understood that we can't really mass market these things without the UL stamp of approval. I do believe that we'll get orders once the approval is in based on the non-glass and 23.5% efficiency.
Seems like we're all ready to mass produce the things once we get the green light. Actually.. seems like they're already being produced... We'll just be able to sell them at that point
Why are you thinking it isn't being factored in?
I factor risk into every purchase I make, as I'd imagine all investors do.
I see a very low risk of us not continuing as a going concern, and am excited about the next couple of months.
Hoping we hear about UL before too long, and that would put this topic to rest once and for all.
GLTA
Share price yes, but the info that we got is not any less true now than it was then.
I measure progress by share price, yes... but in this case, I'm excited about the developments and would be even if the price had stayed exactly the same.
I do hope we uplist to the QB at some point as I think it would generate greater exposure for our projects.
There are less than a billion shares. market cap is less than $20mil.
no complaints here!
Well... Oil is wayyy down. WTI at $72 last I looked where it had been above $80 for a while. Good news is, I guess our tech is viable with oil above $20, so perhaps it's not a concern. Perhaps that's why we're ok today even with the market dropping the way it is.
We may be in a sweet spot now where we can lock down some hospital deals before everything gets completely shut down again, so I hope we can capitalize.
Holding on here. Hope we can stay above a penny so this QB thing becomes a reality. If anyone has any extra change in their account, might as well put a lowball bid in at $0.01 or higher. Helps to support the price.. and perhaps you get some 'cheap' shares.
GLTA!
Thanks!
I conclude from this that a squeeze is not possible or an issue.
I wish it was, but it just seems like nice talking point but nothing more.
