I made my first purchase of stock after the Duffy hire. I was convinced that Merck sent him to NWBO. After ended up back at Merck I was doubly convinced that Merck was going to make a play for NWBO. I own a lot of stock in this company and if I sold it today it would be in the green. All of it will go to charity and I'm hoping that when it does it will be in the 10's of millions of dollars!

I don't understand why this management team does what they do, it's all rather queer. I'll give them until the end of the year to produce results. GLTA

My understanding is soft lock is a very common step before hard lock. Even my tiny pea-brain understands that soft lock is a dress rehearsal for hard lock. Why LP even mentions this seems more of a delay tactic. GLTA

In my recent complaint to the SEC, I specifically mentioned how tardy NWBO was with the 10Q. My guess is the SEC has inquired about the 10Q and LP HAD to act. Maybe, Ms. Davis became the sacrificial lamb? This probably buys a bit more time with the pesky 10Q, but I don't imagine much. GLTA

Perhaps Davis couldn't handle wearing three hats? Wonder if she goofed on the German tax issue and late 10Q?
