Well I've given LP until the end of the year to show us TLD and she's being bloody bashful about it! Either way I've transferred over 6 million shares to 10 charities selected by my team. Someone on her suggested that I donate the shares outright, instead of selling the shares and donating the proceeds. Please forgive me for not remembering your profile name but I thank you for the wonderful suggestion! I've also donated 250 BTC to the same charities.

Gary, why would the price move on DL? If MANY believe the share price will be dramatically higher due to DL, they are going to be greatly disappointed. DL won't bring any new players into NWBO. I believe the MANY hoping for DL to spike the price are trying to ease out of some or all of their position before TLD, that's why I think they are so enamored with some sort of public announcement on DL. At this point, we are ALL pot committed and we are patiently waiting for LP to show us the river card. I don't know, but these financiers are experts at this. They make money on the fees, flip the shares for a small profit to break even. The warrants are pure gravy! NWBO has been dealing with these vultures for a long time! GLTA

Pete, it's actually very simple to understand what's been going on with the price action. Since the last financing, the financiers have been slowly dumping shares on the retail investors. When the price drops much below 32 cents, they cover enough of their short position thereby increasing the price back above 32 cents. Rinse and repeat. They have over 20 million shares to work through, once their done, we will go higher. GLTA

Scotti, not going to happen mate! The financiers are in TOTAL control of the price action. They'll keep it in a tight range until they finish dumping shares on retail investors. No long is selling here! GLTA

ex, I filed a complaint at the end of May with the SEC. I never said anything about the German tax issue. My concern was the late 10Q and financing issues such as selling shares for 22 cents when the stock was trading in the high 30's to low 40 cent range. GLTA

My only worry is that an SEC stock halt would be devastating as we are nearing the end of the trial! Hopefully, nothing major comes of the inquiry and we can put this trial to bed and see TLD. GLTA

ex, NWBO did receive $400,000 via CARES act for payroll protection, so they do have some employees. GLTA

hank, I wouldn't believe ANYTHING LG tells you! If I remember correctly, the reason the price dropped as low as 14 cents per share, came about the same time LP dumped millions of shares on the market. As far as the price rising, I suspect it has to do more with the trial nearing the end and true longs holding strong! GLTA

Disappointing week in NWBO land. It's bloody obvious the financiers have TOTAL control of the action, no true long is selling here. Hopefully, they'll finish flipping there short and long positions soon and we can attempt to recapture the 50dma.
