The only thing I see related to orphan drugs is if a company runs a PIP they will get 12 years vs 10 years exclusively as per the following link.

I believe your maths is wrong, mate. R/S would lower OS and AS. I would also expect it to lower the number of options and warrants equally but the price would be higher. I think the odds are much higher that LP asks to raise the number of shares to something like 1.8 to 2 billion, no reverse split. GLTA
